Ali Merchant to enter Saat Phere...

Ali Merchant will be playing the typical lover boy in Zee's Saat Phere..

Ali Merchant is all set to play the lead in Zee's Saat Phere post leap, and will essay the perfect lover boy's role.

According to our source, "Ali has been finalized to play the male lead in the show. His role will be similar to SRK's in the movie Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. He is a very rich flamboyant guy, who is sweet and has a heart of gold. As the story progresses, he might be seen having an awesome chemistry with both the girls, Saawri (Rachana Parulkar) and Shweta (Aamrapali). However, the track ahead has not been decided yet".

We tried talking to Ali, but he simply refused to comment.

However, if sources are to be believed, the actor is all set to start shoot from tomorrow, and his entry will be aired the coming week!

Ali Merchant was recently seen playing a grey character in Sahara One's Ghar Ek Sapnaa, and was also seen doing a cameo in Yeh Rishta. The actor also had his spooky experience being part of Sshhh Phir Koi Hai.

We tried getting a confirmation from Sphere Origin, but we could not get anyone to comment.

Well, can we say that the lover boy is back to doing what he is best at??

and with shweta chemistry should look good and savri chemistry would look better... want him in his best sweet and good boy...like amberdhara and yeh rishta kya kehlata..loved him there...i will watch saath phere again just for him..

I think he is the guy who comes to see Shweta but eventually he will fall for Sawri''s simplicity.And Shweta wil also start liking him.This will create problems.I just hope Sawri wont sacrifice her love for Shweta.
