In one of the photos, Twinkle and Aarav wear warm smiles as they pose for the camera. The second image is a charming throwback picture of Aarav from his childhood, showcasing his adorable side. 

Twinkle captioned the post with a touching message, likening the journey of raising a child to build a house, where each room is carefully designed. She expressed her hope that Aarav, now a grown man at 21, will continue to bring smiles to those around him. Twinkle wrote, "All of 21 and technically a grown man! Raising a child is a bit like building a house and designing each room.
