Ajay Devgn starts shooting for Kaithi's Hindi remake 'Bholaa'

Ajay Devgn has been on a roll lately, with several exciting films in the works. The actor is now filming Drishyam 2 and is also anticipating the release of Gangubai Kathiawadi. Among all of his ventures, Bholaa has gotten a lot of attention. 

For those unfamiliar, Bholaa is a remake of the Tamil action thriller Kaithi, with Ajay stepping into Karthi's shoes for the remake. While Bholaa has hit the floors, the makers are intending to alter Kaithi's plot for a pan-India audience, according to a recent update.

According to a report in Mid Day, the crew will reassess the storyline while the movie's concept remains intact. The plot of Kaithi was written by director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Sandeep Kewlani and Aamil Keeyan Khan, who also wrote the dialogues, have reviewed the story for Bholaa.

Meanwhile, it was claimed that Ajay Devgn had lately started filming for Bholaa for a month-long schedule, and had even shot some action sequences in Kharghar on Saturday. 

It also stated that action director Ramazan Bulut planned several pursuit sequences, which were shot till Tuesday. The team will travel to Madh Island next week, where a mock-up of the police commissioner's office has been constructed. At this site, some key dramatic moments will be shot.

Apart from Ajay, Bholaa will also star Tabu, who is also a part of Drishyam 2. As for Ajay’s upcoming projects, the Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior actor is also looking forward to the release of RRR, Maidaan, Runway 34, among others.
