Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan is set to release on 3rd June 2022

Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan inspired by an incredible story of one of India's finest coaches, is all set to hit the silver screen on 3rd June 2022. Directed by Amit Sharma, the film also features Priyamani, Gajraj Rao and Rudranil Ghosh.

As soon as theaters reopening in Maharashtra was announced, the release dates of all the films started coming out.

Updates have come out regarding the films which have been stalled for a long time due to Corona.

The process of locking the dates for the release of films is going on by every veteran production house. Meanwhile, the release date of Superstar Ajay Devgn's film Maidan has also been announced.

The Bhuj actor himself has informed the fans about this by tweeting.

Sharing three posters of the film, the actor said that his film Maidan will hit the theaters on June 03, 2022.

This film of Ajay Devgan will be released on a very big scale.

Makers will release it in four languages. Along with Hindi, the film will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages.

Ajay also took his Instagram and shared two posters of the film. He captioned it saying,

"Maidaan, a story that will resonate with every Indian, a film that I feel very strongly about. Mark the date on your calendar. Releasing worldwide on 3rd June, 2022."

The release date of Maidan has been changed several times.

The film was scheduled to release on screen on 11 December 2020 but due to Corona, its release was shifted to 13 August 2021.

After this, it was decided to release it from August on the occasion of Dussehra on October 15, 2021.

Now once again the release date has changed and this film will be a worldwide release on 3 June 2022.

The film is produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla, and Arunava Joy Sengupta, screenplay and dialogues are written by Saiwyn Quadras and Ritesh Shah respectively.

Apart from Ajay Devgn, the film also stars Priyamani, Gajraj Rao and Rudranil Ghosh.

Directed by Amit Sharma, Maidan is a biographical sports drama inspired by Syed Abdul Rahim, the coach and manager of the Indian national football team.

Abdul Rahim is considered the architect of Indian football.This is the story of a successful coach of the golden era of Indian football.
