Ahan Shetty joins 'Border 2'; Suniel Shetty gets emotional: "The journey I started has come full circle now"

Ahan Shetty, son of action star Suniel Shetty, has officially joined the impressive cast of Border 2. Suniel Shetty's role as Bhairon Singh in the original Border was a fan favorite, and the addition of Ahan to the sequel brings an emotional connection to the franchise for many viewers.

Ahan took to social media to express his excitement about joining Bhushan Kumar and JP Dutta's highly anticipated film. In a heartfelt post, Ahan reflected on how his journey with Border began 29 years ago, when his mother visited the set while pregnant with him. He shared how he grew up hearing stories about the making of the iconic film and spending time with the Dutta family, never realizing how much those moments would shape his love for cinema and the Indian Armed Forces. 

In his note, Ahan expressed his gratitude, saying, "Now, being part of Border 2 is an absolute honor." He also paid tribute to his father, writing, "Papa—everything I am is because of you, and I'll do my best to honor the legacy you've worked so hard to create."

Suniel Shetty, proud and emotional about his son's addition to the film, took to social media to share his joy. In a touching post, he wrote, "So proud to see you step into the world of Border. The journey I started years ago has now come full circle. I know you will give it your everything. This one’s extra special for obvious reasons—it’s all heart." The post highlighted Suniel’s deep connection to the original film and his pride in seeing Ahan continue the legacy.
