After Arshi Khan and Shilpa Shinde, THIS actress to join politics!

Seems like politics is the flavour of the season for actors. Not very long ago we reported about the ex-Bigg Boss contestants Shilpa Shinde and Arshi Khan joining political parties. While Arshi Khan has joined the political party Congress as the Vice President of Maharashtra, Shilpa Shinde also joined Congress and was anticipated to contest Lok Sabha Elections too.

Well, following the footsteps of these two, actress Manisha Purohit has now joined politics. Zee TV show Main Maayke Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo actress Manisha who plays the character of Prabha has joined hands with the political party BJP. Confirming the news with a leading news portal Manisha shared that after working with Umesh Sharma in Narendra Modi web series, she got highly inspired by his pesona and it led her to join politics. Manisha has also expressed that she wants to continue both acting and politics and wants to maintain the balance between the two careers.

Not just TV actresses but a lot of Bollywood faces are also taking the political route. We recently learnt about popular actress Urmila Matondkar joining Congress.
