After Anjali Tatrari, Anchal Goswami to also play a double role in 'Rishton Ka Manjha'

Ever since its premiere, Zee TV’s popular show - Rishton Ka Manjha has made a remarkable impression on the audience through its intriguing plot and relatable characters of Arjun (Krushal Ahuja) and Diya (Aanchal Goswami). The adorable duo has already received immense love from the viewers, and they are winning everyone’s hearts with their spectacular act. However, a new twist in the tale is all set to turn their love story on its head. After their marriage, Arjun has started observing a new avatar of Diya. She seems like an unfamiliar wife to him. But the truth is far from his reach, as he is not living with Diya, but her doppelganger Pihu who has been messing with Arjun.

Well looks like double role track is the hot favorite on Zee TV as recently it was announced that Anjali Tatrari will also play a double role in Zee TV show 'Tere Bina Jiya Jaaye Na'

In the current track of 'Rishton Ka Manjha', Aanchal will be seen donning two hats - Diya and Pihu. She will play the double role as the story approaches a new twist and it will be interesting to see what happens next. While everyone is unaware of Pihu’s presence, she is going all out to make Arjun and Diya’s life difficult by trying to instigate fights and doing things that would make Arjun and his family go against Diya. Pihu might fool everyone with her similar look, but her nature is quite different from Diya’s nature. However, viewers will be left at the edge of their seats because Aanchal’s performance is so good, that you will not be able to tell one from the other.

Talking about her double role, Aanchal reveals, “I must say that I am having a lot of fun playing Pihu’s character. While I love portraying the idealistic and optimistic Diya, it is great to change things up from time to time. With Pihu, I’ve got the liberty to open up and behave in a slightly different way. Her way of talking, her chemistry with Arjun, and her dialogues are quite different, and I keep improvising them because Pihu is a desi girl, who doesn’t have any regard for restrictions. While it has been fun playing two characters for Rishton Ka Manjha, I’m still honing the art of switching from one character to the other, especially with both of them being opposite. But I am truly happy that I got this opportunity, which is so diverse and allows me to showcase my talent.”

While Aanchal is giving her best to portray both the characters, it will be interesting to see how the story finally unfolds. Will the truth behind Diya’s behavioural change come out? Or will Arjun and Diya’s differences tear them apart? Only time will tell.
