Aditya Roy Kapur & Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark have a connection in 'The Night Manager: Part 2'; here's what

Disney+ Hotstar's series, The Night Manger makes a return with the remainder of its first season as promised after a gap of almost four months. It is known how the show has been loved by fans, critics and the film fraternity equally, Disney+ Hotstar announced the date of Hotstar Specials’ The Night Manager: Part 2, now releasing on June 30, 2023. The first part saw the clash between Shelly Rungta (Anil Kapoor) and Shaan Sengupta (Aditya Roy Kapur) that left the fans wondering what next? 

Director Sandeep Modi indeed left no stone unturned in turning his vision into reality as he brings to audiences the world of Shelly and Shaan with The Night Manager. Well, the director is a big fan of Iron Man and Tony Stark and guess what? He picked some nuances of Tony Stark;s character to develop the crux of his hero, Shaan aka Aditya Roy Kapur. 

Talking about this, Sandeep Modi said , “Tony Stark was against the idea of the misuse of weapons and if you realize Shaan (played by Aditya Roy Kapur) is also against the same, thematically, they are very similar. And somewhere all heroes have this one thing which binds them,  which is their moral compass and I think both Iron Man and The Night Manager  have the same ethos in a way.”
