Actors tipped to play male lead in Phir Subah Hogi...

Neil Bhatt or Mishal Raheja may join Narayani Shastri on show...

Tellybuzz recently reported about Zee TV's new show, Phir Subah Hogi produced by Panglosean Entertainment, Rajesh Chadha and Saurabh Srivastava. We have also reported about Narayani Shastri's come back with the show.

But the latest we hear is that the production house has approached Neil Bhatt,last seen in Star Plus' Gulaal and Mishal Raheja, popularly known as Dutta Bhau, to play the lead. The show will focus on a social evil prevailing in Madhya Pradesh. It discusses a certain custom wherein daughters born in the family are forced to go through a ritual wherein they get sold to rich Thakurs, who derive pleasure by being with the teenage girls.

We contacted Neil Bhatt who confirmed the news, " Yes I have been approached, but nothing is finalized yet."

We also tried contacting Mishal Raheja but he remained unavailable for comment.

This is so tough.I do like both the actors but my vote goes to Neil.I do miss him a lot.I would love to see him on screen soon.The concept sounds interesting but my fear is that after a point of time it will turn into an unrecognizable mess.so Neil and Mishal,choose wisely guys...

@Jzee: You know I actually agree with you on your last comment here. It was interesting to see that two good actors were approached for this show and that doesn't mostly happen.. so it is somewhat giving some promise of the show not being so bad.. Just a little wary of the topic but lets see how it turns out to be. Also Niryani looks a little old if paired against Neil.. Dunno her character and get up in the show matters more so lets see. I have seen bits of LTL.. mostly vms and some scenes here and there because the couple intrigued me alot and I liked the chemistry their characters shared.. Mishal Is a really good actor and Neil tou I have seen more.. He's amazing. The idea of both NB and MR being cast for the show sounds so tempting =)) =)) any of the directors reading this? Its a great idea guys =)) and now em dreaming about MP as well *shakes head* not good!
