"Theater in all aspects is the best, the belief, and the way I worked made me a good actor. The level of confidence is something that gets boosted after doing theaters. In a play we get to portray different kind of roles in front of live audience that motivates you. I can say what I am today is because of Theater. There was one time when I was sick and said no for a play, did not went for practice. But at the day of that play I was sitting in the audience and I could not stop myself to be part of the play so at last moment I went on the stage and played a small role in that play."
Manoj Joshi seen on Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat says,
"I am doing theater since more than 30 years. It brings perfection and discipline in an actor. Theater in itself a very powerful medium as through the play actors rule the minds of the audience by their impact roles. I personally believe that theater is something outside this world. And I have always saying this that Theater is like my mother’s shelter and I will always be connected to it."
Sarita Joshi seen on Colors’ Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi says,
"I would like to wish all of them who are related to Theater,
a happy Theater Day. Theater is something that is alive till now before we were
a part of it and now the upcoming actors are rising from theater. Any actor
would like to be a part of theater as it improves you skills and I was a part
of theater for long time then I did TV and films but Theater is something above
them. And I am glad that still theaters are doing well and many actors are associated
with it."
Deepshikha Nagpal seen on last season of Bigg Boss 8 says,
"If you have done a Theatre, you are a very good actor. As doing
a play helps you to be more spontaneous and there is live audience so the response
you get from them motivates you to improve your skills. The appreciation that
comes while doing a play is very nice and it makes you a better actor. There
are many fond memories of mine, especially from that while changing costumes;
we need to be fast as the time we get is very less so there is always a panic
situation and the presence of mind at that time is very important."
Gaurav Chopra last seen on Colors' Uttaran says,
"Theater is one of old forms of entertainment and art; it is
a very masterfully combined fun and craft. I can say it is the purest form for
an actor to connect with its audience. And my experience in theater has always
been very nice. In fact, I am addicted to theater and I will every time be associated
with it, in-respective of whether it will help me in my career or not, I will just
do it for fun. The reason for me to do theater is, it liberates me and makes me
more spontaneous, I can connect with audience every time. Most importantly as
an actor, it sharpens your skills so according to me it is a must to do for any
actor who is serious about his craft."
