Out of the 5 reasons stated, only "fantastic writer" seems a valid reason to consider her more than an actress (professionally) - those lines are beautiful.
But other than that - good with kids, friends etc? Really IF? There are many actors who tick the above list too. Looks like IF just put out a list which makes no sense. Shows the quality of their writing.
