What was going to be a simple shot in the jungle ended up being three days worth of sheer pain for last time co-stars of London Dreams, Salman Khan and Asin.

For Anees Bazmi's upcoming rom-com, Ready, there was a scheduled scene to be shot in the wilderness which f

ocused on Asin's character being lost, a situation that eventually forces her to hike up a tree.

Initial plan was for a body double stunts-woman to take over for the Southern actress for this particular scene as not only was it hazardous but also because according to the director, the tree was just too huge. However, Ghajini girl Asin had other thoughts - she wanted to climb the tree herself!

Even as the director tried to convince the actress otherwise, for the better of her health than anything else, Asin was adamant and insisted to do the stunt herself. Given which, macho man Salman had no option but to follow right behind her.

All measures were pulled out to ensure safety of the actress. A harness was attached to her shoulders, which later caused her more pain than comfort as it caused a case of numbness in her shoulders. The seemingly simple sequence took three good days to be completed and wrapped up, with unexpected distractions coming to play.

However, by doing the stunt herself, Asin finally fufilled a chilldhood dream of hers. The beauty had always wanted to climb a tree and thanks to Bazmi, thats one more box in her check list to tick off!
