25 years of Balaji Telefilms: Actors congratulate the czarina of television Ekta Kapoor!

Fondly titled as television’s czarina, Ekta Kapoor has proven to be the most successful producers of Indian television. Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor set the company Balaji Telefilms Private Limited in August, 1994 with the objective of making serials and other entertainment content. The production house went on to create some of the iconic shows of Indian Television such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kkusum, Kutumb, Pavitra Rishta, Bade Acche Lagte Hain, Naagin to name a few. Balaji Telefilms has set several trends in the television industry and continues to do so even now.
