He is a smart actor !! He is a very fine actor and he is able to pull through a film without anyone then why should he come with shahrukh ? Even shahrukh suffered in film like parades where he was hero but got sidelined even with non actor. There were days of two actor films where both were given equall part but with shahrukh as main lead ranbir knows he won't have that much part and especially in Karan johar's movie !! Both are great actors but it's smart to come individually to entertain people.
