My take on Angad-Meera-Kabir angle till now

- I’m currently writing a love story with respect to Angad-Meera of which even Kabir-Rima are also important parts. So, I just rewatched a few earlier episodes to "visualize" deeper into Angad-Meera’s "chemistry" and was surprised quite to find a lot of things which I hadn't noticed earlier.

- First of all regarding Angad-Meera’s "scenes" together. I just noticed that Angad-Meera had lesser scenes together than Kabir-Meera had together even when they were in a relationship.

- Frankly, I saw only "three" scenes of Angad-Meera together where their chemistry was quite visible. The bar scene, before Kabir’s birthday party scene and the engagement scene.

- On top of that, in two of those scenes, Kabir was playing gooseberry. In bar scene, it was fine because Kabir was the one who wanted to have drinks and go on a long drive, so perhaps Angad must have suggested to take Meera along.

- Yet it was really strange seeing Kabir stand right in the middle of Angad-Meera during their engagement. I mean didn’t he have any other place to stand? Because all the other family members of Sakhujas and Sehgals were standing in the side.

- Probably, the CVs were giving "indications" for the "foreshadowing" because perhaps the CVs had decided on a Kabir-Meera track right from the beginning.

- Imo, for doing that CVs need not have taken the “Bhabhiji ghar par hain” route of ITV, they could have straight taken Kabir-Meera angle and the whole engagement story between Kabir-Meera, they need not have brought Angad’s character in the middle.

- I also rewatched the post-breakup scenes of Angad-Meera and Idk, I nowhere found Meera as those “bechari” types for the way Angad treated her in the hospital, it is more like Angad is “bechara” seeing all those times Meera ill-treated him. I mean if we enumerate everything:

- Alright Meera got angry and disappointed seeing KK getting slapped by Guneet yet to a certain extent only her shouting for that was justifiable. What was the need to disclose about Angad’s unemployment in that manner? If she had really "loved" him, she should have understood his situation at that moment. The whole family’s responsibility was on him and he was going through a very "bad emotional, financial, professional breakdown" and it was not at all nice from her part to make him go through that extremely difficult situation at that moment.

- Next, when Amrita called Meera to talk in the cafe she behaved very abysmally like she said now “KK will slap Guneet” and that quite justifies Angad’s anger over there. I mean Guneet had apologized to Meera even after all that melodrama of hers in their house and he had also promised that he will apologize to KK for slapping him and even after that Meera wanted “KK to slap Guneet” means it’s normal that kids will get angry especially when the real mistake is on the other side. Idk why Kabir did not react at that statement yet Meera’s behavior was very wrong and abysmal and like Angad told her there she had gone blind unable to see the difference between right and wrong.

- The ring part was the worst, she called him on phone and he spoke really well with her in the beginning thinking that they will sort out things. There again, first, she spoke very rudely to him asking him to return the engagement ring and gifts she gave him and on top of that she was whining in front of her Apa with that very “famous” dialogue of hers, “Angad does not understand me” she had also added “Angad spoke rudely to her” for which Divya gave her a really good answer “Di you also spoke rudely to him” but all Meera said for that is “shut up Divya”. Frankly, I can’t believe Divya is Meera-Navin’s sister, she is the youngest among them yet more “mature” and “sensible” than the elder two and imo the most "sensible" of the whole Sehgals.

- Again, Meera’s attitude towards Angad in the café when he came to return the ring was just unbearable. I mean when Angad asked Meera why did she not herself come and sent Divya in her place all that Madam had to say was “Because I did not want to see your face”.

- Adding to these incidents were the incidents of Angad’s accident caused by Meera and the scene where Meera completely ignored Angad and behaved as though he is a stranger when he came to leave Kabir in their office.

- And after all that Meera still has to say one stupid dialogue “Angad doesn’t understand me”. I mean her “Angad doesn’t understand me” thing doesn’t really make sense to me. It would have still made sense if Angad had told that about her that Meera doesn't understand him because before he was quite more polite to Meera than she had been to him till the café moment with Rima’s father.

- It was there that Angad made a very wrong impression about her when KK lied about their relationship to Rima’s father and Meera kept quiet about it until he left. Meera did reveal the truth but after Angad left which is why he started thinking that Meera is part of KK’s criminal plan.

- Anyhow, seeing how much Meera illtreated Angad. I don’t think Angad’s rude behaviour to her was completely unjust, it was justified to a very large extent. Meera did deserve it for all that she did to him. Looking at things from a relationship POV, Meera behaved very "immaturely" in handling her relationship with Angad.

- Yet again seeing Angad-Meera’s hospital interaction and their diwali scene when Meera & KK came to Sakhuja house, I have a feeling that the CVs are in the process of gradually making Angad "grey" and perhaps later he will be a complete vamp. Well, I am quite against that.

- I mean is it really necessary to "butcher" a good character? Because I have always liked Angad’s character since the beginning although he is not that "interesting" compared to Kabir’s "fun-loving character".

- My most favourite scene of Angad was in "Episode 6" when Angad had received that e-mail that he is rejected and he remembers the fb on how Karan was overjoyed the last time when he got a job and told him then when he got a job, he became Guneet Sakhuja and now that Angad has got a job he became Karan Sakhuja and there Angad sits and cries miserably in the cafe. That part really "melted" my heart. I mean we could literally feel "Angad’s pain" just like that scene where "Pritam cries badly" after Amrita shouts at him in the baby shower.

- I guess it was because of Ankit’s acting. Acting wise I have always liked Ankit’s acting more because already Kabir’s character is a “over-nikamma” type and on top of that when he acts over on it, the character becomes very "annoying".

- In the same episode 6, there was a scene where Meera shows her room to Kabir and at that time when he lies on her bed, she lies right next to him. Frankly, I found that a bit "uncomfortable", alright, they may be really good friends yet still it was quite uncomfortable. Yet perhaps, the CVs must have been indicating the foreshadowing there.

- I will share an old tweet which will share my exact feelings on Kabir-Meera.

- I had forgotten to post these tweets on "Angad-Meera-Kabir angle" in my post last week because I had searched them all over twitter yet did not find them.

- I had forgotten "who" had tweeted them. Today, fortunately, I happened to come across them.

- I guess they were tweeted by our channel operator "Billicat" which is "Tannu", or it could be any other Tannu too.

- Anyhow I wanted to share these "tweets" along with the tweet I first shared in my previous post because all of them share the "feelings" that I have on the subject.

What is a "love rectangle"?

- So, I have been having this question in my mind since the past few days and I did not know "where to ask and who to ask" which is why I'm asking you both @neha and @hapc as I couldn't get anyone else's name in my mind.

- I'm putting this question here because it is quite related to this "topic" and I did not want create a "separate thread" and "kill space" here.

- Recently, I have heard a lot of people referring to the concept of "love rectangle" in twitter. Some of them are also using "love square".

- So I really want to know what does "love rectangle" exactly mean in ITV?

- I mean everyone knows the most popular "ITV triangle" which is very basically nothing but "two people will be in love or relationship and there comes a third person playing gooseberry"

- What I really hate about "ITV love triangles" is that all the ITV CVs have the habit of turning the third person in a "psychopathic obsessive lover".

- I mean one-sided love is alright yet why do the third person always have to forcefully enter between two people?

- I guess some CV started this thing of the third person to be a "psychopathic obsessive lover" which later became "popular" and the others are simply following it because after all everyone wants trps.

- In "Angad-Meera-Kabir angle", I really don't know who is going to be the third person, whether it is "Angad" or "Kabir".

- The CVs did show "Kabir-Meera" office banters perhaps to indicate the "foreshadowing" yet I don't know.

- I mean few did like those "banters" calling them "fun" yet I personally never felt those banters to be fun.

- I felt Kabir-Meera banters to be more like "two silly kids pulling pranks on each other". Imo, they weren't really "fun" types yet "kiddish" and "annoying".

- Frankly, I found both Kabir-Meera to be very "immature characters" yet "everyone has their own guess".

- The reason I am asking what does exactly "love rectangle" mean is because recently I saw a few people talking about this "new concept" in ITV.

- And I felt it quite matches with I'm using in my story of "Angad-Meera-Kabir" angle where even "Rima" has an important part as the other three.

- So if you know can you please explain? If you don't know or if you don't have time, you need not explain or even respond. I can totally understand.

- Thanks in advance if you are responding and no issues at all if you don't respond.

- To make things more clearer for both of you @neha and @hapc:

- On why I'm asking about "love rectangle" is that my present story revolves around four characters "Rima-Angad-Meera-Kabir".

- All this time I felt that I have been using two "love triangles" that is one side "Rima-Angad-Meera" and other side "Angad-Meera-Kabir".

- Yet when I saw some of the very recent comments on "love rectangle" on twitter.

- I got this feeling that I perhaps must be using a "love rectangle".

- Like in my story, Angad-Meera and Kabir-Rima are the "endgames" but have very "interlinked" relations which makes all the "four" of them connected.

- So, if you both know anything then please share it. Once again thank you

- Since the show is going off-air in the first week of January, I am just sharing my forecast on how "Angad-Meera-Kabir angle" will come to an end.

- In the last week, Angad-Meera will probably have a chance meeting which will as usual start a "fight" between them. No need Kabir playing gooseberry this time. In the fight, Angad will reveal the entire truth which will make Meera realize her mistakes.

- Next, Meera will confront and scold her father and then come and apologize to the Sakhujas which will make Angad realize that she was not involved in her "father's dirty plan".

- Both Angad-Meera will talk out, clear their misunderstandings, reconcile and reunite.

- Nimmo, Guneet and KK will also realize their mistakes, reconcile and refix Angad-Meera's marriage.

- For Kabir, since Angad is getting married and will soon have a "family" of his own. Kabir will decide to take the "bigger" part of "family responsibilities" which will shock everyone seeing how much he has grown up and everyone will "appreciate and pour their affection" for his "changed behaviour".

- These are only my "forecasts" on this angle, we have wait till the end to see what will actually happen because "anything" can happen.

- I know posting these tweets in the forum now is quite "late" yet sometimes I just get to find some "old tweets" by chance and since I'm here being the trps day, I felt, I will share these too:

- I personally feel Angad-Meera-Kabir's love triangle was one of those "parts" where zmga CVs happened to "mess" a lot.

-They could have actually worked way better on these "three" characters and their "tracks". Anyhow there's no use of saying it now.

- Tagging a few who had "similar" feelings like in these tweets on Angad-Meera-Kabir's love triangle in this forum.

The PH dropped the ball on this one. I was surprised considering that the writer usually writes better stuff than this. These tweets reflect my feelings on the show. So much potential. There should have been more focus on the brothers; Angad and Kabir as well as Pritam and his backstory. Pritam was the one that held the audience interest while the brothers would have provided the interesting parallel stories. Kabir-Meera together will forever annoy me. Poor Angad was shortchanged.
