The episode opens with everyone questioning Angad about Meera's claims. He clarifies that she spoke the truth and that he lost his job two months ago. He feels guilty and starts crying. Amrita asks him why did he lie and he says that the family is already reeling from a loss, he did not want to add to their burdens. Everyone becomes emotional... some family drama and then the scene ends. Amrita decides to talk to me Meera and along with Kabir goes to meet her at a café. Meera who had reluctantly agreed to meet them is waiting for them. Amrita tries to convince Meera but she remains adamant. Kabir gets angry and instigates Meera who in a fit of anger says that justice will only be done when her father slaps his father. Angad happens to arrive at that very moment and overhears this. He gets upset and starts yelling at Meera. the two of them get into a fight.
Meera then walks out. This stresses Amrita, as a result she starts feeling pukish and runs in to the bathroom. There she sees a girl run in and hide in one of the stalls. Following her comes a man and demands her to come out. Amrita gets scared seeing this, but gathers up some courage to tell him that this is the ladies washroom and he is not allowed here. The man turns around and Amrita realises it is Pritam. She gets even more scared.
( An interaction between the two takes place which is better if you watch it cause its hard to summarise) then he starts knocking on the stall again. Amrita watches all this. The girl inside throws a drug packet out, Pritam says good now come out and tell me where did you get this from, i'll wait outside. After which he leaves the washroom.
The episode ends!

@bold now I am sure Pritam is a undercover agent. Given his dark character traits looks like he is going to be a anti hero. ITV really does need a good character with grey shades.

Pritam is a rogue agent of sorts. Ab toh maza aane wala ha. Poor Amrita kitna dar gayi bechari.
I think their story will be like beauty and the beast style.

There is high chance our Pritam is a secret police agent 🥳🥳🥳 and I am literally so excited to see bow the story unfolds. Maybe he is working against crimes as in precap he got shot and in the episode he was following a woman who handed him the powder (maybe she is a drug dealer)
Maybe he was suspended from the department/position based on false implications because of which comes across as a tough and arrogant guy.
