I know yaar. I felt really bad for him. It makes it seem as if she only loved Karan as he was the perfect son and the other 2 brothers were just there, never being appreciated for anything they do
yeah. I understand her grief but the way she behaves with the other two especially kabir...just makes me feel bad for him

basically the same thing as the last epis 😆 still no pritam😔
About MHRW, it always bothered me how they emphasized that Pallavi was never in love with Mandhaar and that he left before their suhaagraat. So I mean I didn’t see how there would be too much conflict about moving on. Even then I like you would’ve loved if he had remained dead or at least come back positive.
Nearly everyone who has seen ITV is worried about the possibility of her first husband coming back. 😆 If that happens here I’ll drop the show. I like how they’ve shown her to have a perfectly loving relationship with him and if they ruin it then what’s the point of watching this show? Seems like the producer is good so I guess fingers crossed.
I agree! I wanted this there as well. A woman who had loved and lost, learning to move on. But they avoided that because, idk, there's this thing where audiences aren't receptive of women loving twice, iygwim? And abhi toh it's lame that they're manufacturing this kinda conflict when letting him be a loving late husband or having him return as a positive character struggling with his own trauma would have made for much richer conflict.
But at least there we had no attachment to Mandaar. If they make Karan a zombie too, I ain't watching. Let there relationship be the beautiful fairytale of Amrita's past, please. You don't have to make him a bad guy to justify her moving on after his death.

For sure! My goodness it's not easy staying on top of all shows but once I am caught up with MHRW, I will be in this forum and there. It will probably be another couple of weeks before I am back at MHRW. Easier to watch a new show than trying to catch up to a couple of weeks worth of episodes on an old one. 😭
It's good you are coming in with zero expectations so no disappointments. I am hoping for something good especially because Hasan deserves recognition. Esha has been a revelation, I wasn't familiar with her work but from the first promo itself, she was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Hasan's last show as a ML once you have the time since it's the same writer as this one and only a 100 episodes.
Totally opposite to MHRW eh? There we were barely given any information about the "dead/missing" husband so there was no connection but here? Man oh man, the viewers are already loving Karan and his relationship with Amrita. Their relationship seems so pure and rarely do we get to see that on ITV. Fingers crossed the makers don't taint the beautiful memories of Karan. It would be an injustice to those who have fought COVID on the front lines the past couple of years. We are all quite happy like this. Whatever happens, Pritam will have his own place and Karan will have his own place.
Tag me if you come back there! I'm usually in Shivi's AT so I tend to miss some of the other stuff going on 😅😅 Or drop in on that thread!
I'll check Hasan's last show sometime soon. I only saw Esha in this one filtercopy video she did with Vishal Vashishtha, and I'd actually been keen to watch this show since I liked her there.
I actually like this approach more! Isn't it a richer story to have a woman who's loved and lost have to move on, rather than one where the first wedding was literally bas naam ki shaadi?
Honestly, same on not tainting Karan. Ek toh they've made me so attached to him in such few episodes, ki I feel like I'm mourning his loss along with his family, and oopar se it would be astronomically inappropriate to mess with his character in the light of the fact that almost everyone has lost someone to COVID. I hope they won't go there.
+1 on Pritam and Karan having their own unique spots of importance in Amrita's life and heart.
Usko daal mein sirf tadka hi tadka chahiye, lentils daalna bhool gaya banda. Daal ke naam pe tadka soup bana diya 😂😂
Please don’t chat about other shows. Just a friendly reminder.
I was out so haven’t watched the episode yet. How was it?
