Yes di...am trying do these things in alternate days. I can proceed with the next step of treatment only after getting my blood routine checkup and X-ray done.
I use to be very active , always engrossed in one activity or the other. So it's very difficult for me to sit and take rest, for a long time😳🙈🙈
