Hello Nithya good afternoon how are you doing? Well I am still sticking that routine regardless what. Only one day its cheat day. Taking more water less sugar, included more fruits, yogurts , nuts in diet and omitted all junk and sugar laden food from diet. Got myself a smart watch(pedometer) to makesure I walk atleast 10,000 steps per day. I used to do that few years back and trust me I was so healthy and very rare occasion I got sick and even that I will recover with home remedies. Just that lazy bug got me and from there I have been very inconsistent. Got some friends in office motivating me, they gt me nut packets , yogurts and many more. So I am into it. I am determined to see the result. had your lunch?
