Things will not move ever as we want them to and yes, that's life, Jen. If they're improving at a slower pace, that's ok. Agreed Sneha. I am not a fitness freak. As of now I have started with 10mins beginner workouts and I am planning to cut down sugar. It is going to be a tough task because I love eating sweets and pastries.
