Baarish crossed 23m views in a week Itself and looking at the way Shah's mv is getting very less views because of the competition in the form of two bollywood songs and the mv not satisfying many people so I don't think it would be able to cross 20 m in a week.
I really want it to be a hit, Shah fans have to stream it continuously that's what shivin fans did and that's how their song became sucha big hit. But shah fans aren't putting any efforts to increase its views toh kahan se baarish ko cross karega ae mere dil.
