In legal terms kunal parul kuhu cannot claim anything from the property thats true. Kunal for working can claim salary or even percentage of profit from the projects he handled. I am not going on the legal terms lets just keep aside property and business and also the current way the tracks are handled.

Kunal is considered as the son of the House and not only that at par with abir. None differentiated between them.

Kunal being the obidient son joined business and loved his work. Time and again said how he loved working even earlier his examples were also related to business (mishti asise bhaagi jaise stock meeting ke liye mein baagta hoon) . Abir naanu always made fun how kunal is so much into business and has some kind of affair with uma patel. This traits showed how business was his field to play.

Now coming to abir even though his not joining family business was due to his strained relation with his mother. After his father's true nature came out he never left his passion for helping others or painting poetry. Even when he joined business he was working on apps. Now also you can find the traveller side of his he wants his baby to go for safaries. He was very passionate about what he does.

Before champaner trip when abir was about to leave kunal said why do you have to go to solve small issues can you hire. He like to take up small issues and solve them because he loves doing it.

Now if abir is asked to take responsibility of business it will not be his free choice. He may do it and may become successful but somewhere its like not following your heart.

Its like i love some thing but due to family pressure i have to choose something else.

Now if this is the situation who do you thing should handle the business? According to me its should be kunal cz if abir is given that responsibility somewhere its going to be like putting abir in chains.

No never the whole property. My point is business as he is active member of it. Meanu gave her life in building the property she should keep it till her death. Then the question of batwara should come. She has given proper education to both her sons one is self made and other handles the business.

Kunal has worked in the family business for max 3 years. Before that he was completing his studies. It’s Meenu who single handedly built up the business for 20+ years after she took over from Nanu.

How can Abir hand over his shares to Kunal? They’re not his yet! I didn’t get exactly what he handed over to KuKu. Did Meenu already give Abir his share in the business? Or did he give KuKu his own app shares?
And Kunal was all smiling and happy after Abir gave him those papers? Where’s his khuddari?

Yeah, after rewatching that struck me too! Kunal wasn’t upset at all that K tried to abort MishBir’s baby?! 😕 What did he mean by Meenu usey uska haq nahin deti if K aborted? Means he’s okay with K‘s abortion as long as he gets his share of the business?

Shows Kunal in a very bad light if that’s what he meant.
