my hindi reading and understanding isn't the greatest but here is my effort to try and translate the IV:

1. Ek dusre ke naam sunte hi pehla khyal kyaa aata hai?

Upon hearing each other's name (mishti & abir) what's the first thought that comes to mind?

Ans - Rhesha and mishbir ke understanding level ek dum 100% same hai👏😆👏
