Love is our true destiny. We do not find the meaning of life by ourselves – we find it with another.

Angels are the witness and as protectors of the soul’s welfare they are always with us and they genuinely care for us. They are the guardian spirits who observe, safeguard, and chaperone us throughout our lives. But more often than not, they assume a human form. Other times, they are invisible and refined spirits, beyond our imagination but are forever on our side. For angels to be our champions, we should however be innocent and not be saddled with guilt, shame or selfishness, and ulterior motive of any kind.

These human forms which defend our cause and life and ward off all evils that comes our way are often child like figures and they carry with them the aura of untold rapture, unspeakable delight and they shine – literally glow. They take upon themselves our burdens, sorrows and metaphorically die, so that, those that they love can breathe. They possess psychic discernment, intuition and their heart is wise. They represent the promise of a life fulfilled through the coalition of knowledge, appreciation, discernment and responsibility.

"If you love someone, set them free. If they come back, they’re yours; if they don’t, they never were."

There is a love that frees, that allows one to breathe, live, care – a selfless kind of love that liberates - like Mishti’s and Abir’s. “Love does not bind you.Love sets you free. Love flourishes in freedom. If you see marriage as the end of freedom, you are doing it wrong.”

This is one of the reasons why Abir does not babysit Mishti despite her vulnerable condition. He recognizes her for the Angry Chorni that she is, understands her values and opinions and lets her fight her own demons but at the same time supporting her like her guardian angel.

“Mein bhi tumhaare saat hi honga, lekin ek kadam piche taaki jab tum dagmagao tou mein tumhey sahara de sakoon.”

Mishi’s reciprocal love is of another angelic selfless kind. She did exactly what she stated that day when they confessed their love for one another.

“Bass yeh yaad rakhna Abir yeh ladaayi apnon se hai, lekin apnon ko haraaya nahi jaata unhey jeeta jaata hai…hum naye rishtey bannane ke liye purane ko thodenge nahin”

“Her love for him, that asks no question,

the love that stands the test.

That lays upon the altar,

The dearest and the best

The love that never falters

the love that prays the price

the love that makes undaunted

the final sacrifice…

her fortress is a faithful heart,

her pride is suffering

And soul by soul and silently

her shining bounds increase

and her ways are ways of gentleness

and all her paths are peace”

In this world, there also exists love that binds, chains and doesn’t allow any room to grow, thrive and flourish like Meenu’s. It gives a claustrophobic feeling, and kills any growth impetus. It promotes resentment, anger, frustration and ultimately hatred, amongst the imbalanced person like Kunal pre-leap and self-sacrifice in the balanced individual like Abir.

When angels speak/write of love, they sing the song of SELF-SACRIFICE which has what Mishti attempted to do, which Abir too does by tolerating Meenu and her treacherous plans.

Even with Meenu’s restraining love, Kunal managed to break free of his hatred for Mishti because he has Abir for his guardian angel. He recognized and trusted that what his bhai wanted and touched could never be bad and saw that his Bhai had given up his love and life so that he could live, Parul Maasi could live and so that Meenu could be contented.

Mishti does the same so that Meenu is satisfied, and Abir lives, through his child, and the whole family is happy. She knows that Abir cannot love another, other than his Angry Chorni so she is not jealous.

The wolf of selfish intent inside Meenu however cannot be satiated ever and Abir calls her out for the delusional scum that she is. Sadly, there do exist in reality people like her.

A friend of mine when she got engaged told her husband that when they decide to start a family after marriage, she wanted to adopt after they had their first born, the biological natural way. I witnessed and experienced with her, the furor in her family at her decision. The question from her family was when both of you are fine why adopt, but she stood like a rock. Why not was what she asked then and as a result, today she is a proud happy mom to another two.

The most interesting and wonderful part is when she went to adopt a daughter, after her first - a son, a small boy from the children’s home clung to her and never let go and she went on to adopt him. The agency refused at first because the boy had a congenital defect but she didn’t care and fought for him. With the support of her husband and also older son she stayed back in India and for 6months, struggled with the process and finally succeeded and eventually two years later, she brought home a beautiful daughter too. You don’t have to be not fine medically to adopt, you can touch and heal someone’s life anyway.

Her family like Meenu, gives her hell even today. Going against the norms of the society, the restricted thinking and views requires a lot of courage. The green reed which bends in the wind is stronger than the mighty oak which breaks in the storm.”

Meenu perhaps will witness her sons moving away and her family breaking up and still the delusional woman that she is, she will once again blame Mishti.

My write up will be incomplete if I don’t wax poetic of the extended love song between Mishti and Abir. We deploy memories, especially happy ones to face the sorrow and setbacks in our life and draw courage from the happy days gone by. Despite, her travail, Mishti has been extremely lucky and blessed in the treasure cove of beautiful memories with her angel. The fighter that she is, she will still manage to live, knowing that she has liberated Abir from her side.

She considers herself detrimental to his happiness, and hence has that flashback dialog reverberates of not being a good daughter, wife or daughter in law and hence God delivering her the blow to deem her childless. The freedom that she has granted Abir however, has chained him and has left him bereft and lifeless and she doesn’t think about it now because she believes that time will heal him. Abir’s reaction to her note was priceless and heart breaking. I recall a story that I’ve read before and want to share the same with you.

One night a boy and girl - lovers were driving home from a date after watching a movie. The silence in the car was very painful and ominous. The boy kept glancing at the girl asking her, what was wrong. She asked him to pull over so that they could talk.

She then told him that her feelings towards him had changed and she wanted to break up with him and move on. He was shocked and tears slid down his face as he slowly reached into his glove compartment and passed her a gift and a note. At that very moment, a drunk driver swerved into the street on the driver’s side killing the boy instantly. The girl miraculously escaped. Hours later at the hospital as she was being treated for minor injuries, she remembered the note and opened and read it.

“WITHOUT YOUR LOVE I WILL DIE.”

Two souls, Miles apart, Separated by distance, But united in memories.

Two hearts, One beat, Two minds, One thought complete, Two souls Separated from one, Aligned energy When two becomes one.

Abir Rajvansh can deal with anything in his world except his beloved Mishti’s absence because without her, HE FEELS ORDINARY IN A WORLD THAT LOVES THE EXTRAORDINARY.

I love the way how you bring those positive vibes around Mishbir which is missing in the episode itself 🤔

Mishti and Abir are very going to empathize each other bcoz they are strength of eachother ❤️

This Abir is someone every girl look to have as her ideal husband ❤️

This is one of the reasons why Abir does not babysit Mishti despite her vulnerable condition. He recognizes her for the Angry Chorni that she is, understands her values and opinions and lets her fight her own demons but at the same time supporting her like her guardian angel

Amazing post 🙌
