Episode begins with Rohit being handed his baby , Ru slipping into coma. Docs fail to inform how long Ru will remain in coma. Ro hears Ar crying loudly as he is unable to bear the pain of losing his child . Ro goes to him and tries to calm m console him, he hands him the baby and asks him to accept the baby as his own . None would know this . Ar declines .
At Poddar house Madhav and Vidya have sweet moments as they wait to receive their grand children . They gift eachother daada and Daadi badges , they patch up as Madhav calms n consoles concerned Vi, who is impatient to learn about the condition of their children n grand children but neither Ro nor Ar respond to calls .
Goenkas are at Poddar mansion and are eager for good news but they try to remain calm . Manish gets sixth sense that all is not well .
He notices Kaveri who is looking very upset n is in tears thought she speaks nothing . Kaajal and Manisha take care of Kv. Manish senses something is wrong n leaves for hospital . At Hospital he notices Ar Ro in discussions and holding a baby . He wonders what they are talking . Swarna and Vidya reach hospital following Manish as they get restless hinking of the children.
Rohit pleads Arman to accept Ruhi’s baby as she has gone into coma and no one knows when she will recover . He states that AbhiMaan have always had good wishes for Ru’s baby and it is because of Abhira’s sacrifice(injection) that Ru’s baby is safe or he would never have made it alive . Also There can’t be better parents for Ru’s baby in this world that Bhaiya bhaabhi. The baby needs a mother’s love and only Ab bhaabhi can give him. Ar is reluctant to take Ru’s baby as his own .
Ar is reluctant and refuses to accept the baby . He hands baby to Rohit and goes to check Ab ..
Soon Ab recovers from Anaesthesia and looks for her BSP, she is distraught finding the baby missing from her cradle n their room, she gets agitated . Ar is in tears n unable to tell her , soon Aro arrives at the door n finds Ab bhaabhi weeping for her baby, he declares the baby in his arms is BSP .
Ab holds the baby in her arms and staters loving him and praises his looks and states how he resembled AbhiMaan . Ro watches AbhiMaan and gets emotional . Ab then questions Ar that her baby is premature so why was he not inside the Special care unit ? Ar makes excuses .
Armaan informs Abhira that the baby she is holding is not their BSP. This is Ruhi’s baby. Ab is heart broken.

AbhiMaan, and newborn baby receive grand welcome to the poddar house and receives grand welcome by Kaveri as heir of the family . Baby receives love and blessings of every Poddar family member .
Ab feels bad for Ru , when she comes out of Coma and finds her baby missing . At hospital Ruhi regains consciousness. Abhimaan receive the news that Ruhi is out of coma and get scared.

Armaan for sure will ask Rohit for the name in advance but he has to convince Abhira to give that name if it isn’t revealed till then that it’s Ruhi kid
