Episode begins with the games fun and masti at God bharayi function . Armaan and Rohit are competing , who can win the race of putting the diaper on the baby doll, both struggle . The chorus gang cheers them both , so do Abheera and Ruhi.
Rohit drops the doll and Ruhi is so disappointed n angry , finally Ar wins the race and Chorus gang clap n cheer , Ab is thrilled . Ru is angry and starts sulking and walks out of venue , she over hears guests discuss tht Ab is glowing n she will have a boy while Ruhi is going tk have a girl, they also discuss about the boy becoming the heir . There is a some baba who can predict the gender of the unborn baby . Sanjay is leaving , he meets Kaveri Maasa and tells her how no family members talks tk him , he feels ignored n sidelined , Kv scolds him for what he did to Charu and he has no regret or remorse , the day Charu forgave him other family members will .
In their bedroom, Ar is seen taking care of Ab and pampering her , he lovingly speaks tk ehr n praises her , they discuss fondly about their baby . They have sweet arguments n teasing moments . Ab wants to clear the air between Ab n Ru and wants their babies to have loving sibling bonds . She tries tk talk to Ru but she suddenly gets bad pains. Everyone is concerned n worried, Doctor is summoned and she informs it is gas trouble . Ar scolds her for gorging on paani puri.. Ru gets jealous t all the loving attention she is getting and walks out of the noise to get fresh air . Vi comes and stops Ru from going out . She recollects the prediction by Pandit Ji about the babies being at risk . Ru argues and assures she was not out or the premises, she was tired of the noise . Vi joins Ru for some fresh air . They discuss how both boy n girl were equal and how they wants mother n child tk be safe but Ru remains skeptical . She secretly meets the lady who was tal about baba and takes the contact details and decides to get herself checked .
Ro notices Ru talking and gets annoyed that Ru is interested in the baby’s sex . Ru argues that it is essential because a boy will be the heir to the family firm while a girl will be forced into marriage n sent off , Ro rogues against it n gives examples of Ab, Cha, Ru herself who were girls n independently working . RoRu have argument and Ru declares she wil go ahead.
Manisha is showering Ab with care n attention, Aryan watches and asks if she got over her issue with bhaabhi over that cabin. Manisha replies that in a family one has to be considerate about other family members , that time his papa was hurt , now Ab needs care n attention , Ab kisses chaachi lovingly and they share loving bond .
The chorus gang have fun and masti discussing baby names . Vi misses Ru, She is concerned , Ro informs she had gone to some baba for gender prediction. All are shocked . They try to call Ru but get no response.
Ru is seen recollecting all the moments of attention Ab was getting and gets jealous n agitated , she starts having labour pains n meets with accident, she is hit by n other vehicle and gets injured on the forehead against the steering . She becomes unconscious while trying to call Ro.

Abhira is in the labour room and surrounded by nurses and docs as they reassure her they were trying to save both Abhira and her baby.
Ruhi is on the operation table , lying ?unconscious?sedated , doctors are worried for the complications that have arisen , they are about to perform cesarean.
Ar and Aro are very worried n anxiously question the doctor as she comes out . She regrets that they could manage to save only one baby. Ar n Ro look at the baby held by the nurse . Note: No past season characters were shown or mentioned today.
