The cut can vary between 10% to 40% - depending on the amount of claim - how difficult the procedure is etc. If your case is a difficult one and compensations given is meagre- it can even go upwards 40%. If you pay your lawyer upfront fees - then the cut taken from the award drastically reduces.

now she will handle mehendi, so i am assuming mehendi costumes+other arrangements like decorations, sweets, mehendi she will arrange. a middle class wedding goes upto 15-20lacs without dowry. i assume she will set up arrangements as per poddar standards where they are giving her 1cr ka ring. then the amount will be so much. and shes getting loan on top of her <1lac ka money which is an income in last 4-5 months. what about the interest? what about the loan mortgage by bank/govt cause she dont have property/mortgage as per serial.

also, she said shes taking loan now to pay for mehendi. for marriage card that will come later, no?

paytm and all their interest rates are very high i have 2 ccs they charge 12-18% if payment delaysicici dont even let me check personal loan eligibility if i am not getting 30k/pm. other platforms vairies from 1-3lac

she will arrange for one function only from her parents side memory. Not whole shadi ka kharcha. That depends on how much loan she got and what function she arranges. Gvs paid 2 lakh to victim in car accident and abhira got 5000 from that kaki which she gave to Arman.

I guess she assumed post marriage, armaan’s half the property is her alimony, so she can repay quite easily..self respect ki bhashan jo deni hai usse Abhira-upma freeloader thi, aur rahegi bhi freeloader hi..!
