Good morning/ afternoon girls!!!
Special thanks to Rani and Chaitu to keep me in the loop while I am gone. It has been a long time since I came here, some from travel and partly didn't have headspace to write anything. So, here you go, after I watched a whole lot of episodes in the last week, so don't hold me on the specifics.
Before I start, can I just say, that I got fed up with the word " angoothi" . I heard it so many times, sab ek saath watch karne ki assar hainToh, I don't want to hear that word again.
I liked yesterday's episode on the surface as after all the trials and tribulations, the real love won, the real couple found their transitory happiness and temporary reprieve, the elders were cooperative, brothers had a reasonable interaction considering the circumstances. More importantly, the guests didn't have to go back yet another time with " should we take the Poddar family invitations seriously or time pass ke liye jaana chaahiyein"I found it hilarious as one of the guests bhadak gaya saying " yeh function hogi ki nahin", the same guy was cheering with relief after the rings were finally slipped on the respective fingers
OK, now girls, tell me if any of you understand what Kaveri is mad at. She screams at the top of her lungs saying that Abhira had made a scene in public. She magnifies it x n with her screaming and throwing things and her histrionics. Moreover, they are all suddenly happy that the " real ek karod waala ring" is intact and Kaveri is ordering Abhira to slip the ring on the damn finger. Toh yeh badi bahu ke responsibilities kya hotein hain, which she keeps on blabbering about? If a thief or a crooked lady snatches your ring, how is that Abhira's doing that she broke her bharosaRing found= bharosa restored?
It is very strange that she dissects every action of Abhira and puts it under a microscope, but Ruhi ke liye itne thick blinders pehen ke ghoomti rehti hain
Kinda liked the sacred music played in the background when the ugly ring got slipped on Armaan's finger. The smiles out-dazzled the matte finish boy and glossy girl's costumes and that was preciousChaachi is wonderful as usual.
Should I write anything about Ruhi? I liked how she was kept busy searching for a frivolous, cheap rock while the pious union was happening in the backgroundwith sacred vibes, all the elders blessing the couple Call me sadistic, but it is incredibly satisfying watching her tears
I want a smart Rohit and I hope he is going for the jugular of immoral Ruhi who is in the wrong assumption of underestimating him and thinking that she is outsmarting himPlease writers, don't let this guy take a fall just to keep a vamp going. The audience not getting a blatant clue, but Rohit doing his work subtly would be such a nice watchRohit is a nice guy, trying his best to make amends with his brother and genuinely likes his bhabhi
Why do they need to put Abhira back in that awful synthetic top? I am no fashion police........ but still I hope they use Phupha saa more. He seems like he has several tricks and neech-kamine thoughts up his sleeve, but the writers are seriously disappointing me He could play a nice and airtight sibling rivalry of sorts amongst the brothers, but no we have to watch the vamp's histrionics with a hammer and all in the middle of the house and no one even hears this intense hammering Waise, does anybody else get annoyed with the multiple rings and long nails at crooked angles of the female cast or is it just me?
That is all for today, nothing cohesive, just some random ramblings....... Bottomline, I liked the episode despite all my complaints
Adding tags for convenience, please ignore if you don't want to read.......won't take personally
