Arman sa cannot open his mouth in front of his family when they abuse and humiliate Abhira. So by showing him beating up his friends for humiliating Abhira is a way the makers wanna show he still cares for Abhira. But all this will go in vain once he takes Abhira to his home and his family will start abusing her again and he will go into mute mode.

True, no amount of money is more important than self respect. Owner ne force kiya to,.. she could have declined the job and searched some other decent low pay job in some other city. In real life also, when it comes to self respect people do find other jobs, instead of working at a place where their self respect is compromised.

Yup, abhira never thinks the consequences of her actions. According to her every one will think in the same way what she is thinking. She had never thought that others can have different thoughts and it can be dangerous also. That is why she once again got into the trouble in the bachelor's party.
