Even Rishabh Bajaj in KZK1 was got as a cameo and later turned into a parallel lead. There are many shows like that. I have no idea why some people are still bent on proving cameo or not cameo.

Abhinav was Gen 3 protagonist Akshara's husband. Her one true love. She loved him until the day she died.

Abhinav is Gen 4 protagonist Abhira's father.

Also, Abhinav is one of the most popular characters of Gen 3 and Rishta.
