The only difference is that for the first time, Abhi will be on the receiving end of it. So she will do everything she is supposed to do for him. Its just gotten stupid at this point. Why is Abhi even agreeing to what seems like a sham marriage? Why not tell her that we can wait until you move on from Nav and we can have a real relationship?

Abhi just wants to protect Ak and Abhir now. He wants to do what he could not do 7 years ago. His POV is very clear, its Ak's which is unclear. At first, it was all about love now it has taken a backseat and moreover AK promised him she will try. She made it clear it won't be a compromise marriage but just that it will take time. 😊

Exactly! Writers are keeping Nav relevant. But Akshara has started to refer to him in past tense. Don’t know how all this is going to change if pregnancy news is true.
It’s funny how Muskaan is being so adamant and ridiculous about this whole moving on thing, she is okay that it’s impacting her marriage. 
Kairav and the Goenkas are being very patient with her.
