Started off with Badhaai ho Badhaai sequence and families both dancing together.....Abhira were giving some awkward smiles in between but still were communicating through glances and all.

Next morning Abhira in the hospital got to do one more round of receiving wedding congrats from Rohan and bouquets and all too.....LOL Rohan the OG shipper wanted shaadi ki party.....Abhi was more awkward in this bit but Ak started easing up and accepting the congrats nicely. Then in the cabin, they got the ZGH "garam chai se bachaane" wala scene
Then the rest was the drama over wanting a grand wedding v/s simple wedding.....LOL had to laugh when Surekha was like this is Ak's third wedding so we should keep it simple or people will talk but Manju was like why can't Abhira have a second wedding? In Manju's mind, she has already cancelled Ak's shaadi with Nav
Mimi very cleverly and slyly used laddoo waali analogy to convince Ak for a grand shaadi
Precap seems like Ak has agreed for a big wedding and first rasam of Ganesh sthapna is on...she's making some moorti.....and Abhi jumped into her room randomly and they started throwing paint on each other.....- HC has shaved again

Two things that made me smile
One was how Ak was genuinely trying to make it a positive experience. I mean she has made a decision (after thinking a lot) and she is also being shown to have guts to stick to that without fear or second guesses. The way she wanted to dance and was happier than Abhi. It didn't feel like she is doing it for the sake for the family or Abhir only, it felt like she is doing it for herself as well. I liked that point. Again, the "buildup" I was expecting in Ak's thought process will probably be a "reveal" later on after the marriage as to what she was actually thinking or thought before. So, I feel like we are also being asked to reset our minds 😃
I liked MJ today and her thinking. Her happiness was infectious. and the way Birla's planned the wedding was great. Glad Mimi was totally onboard and put her foot down with the rest of the Goenka's.
Another point which came out was how Abhi was balancing MJ and Ak this time. I am sure this will be explored further but this was the main conflict point in the past and glad it will be resolved. Like Abhi was choosing what is sensible. Yes, in this instance he was like this is what Ak wants but it was also becoz of the kids exams. MJ was like he wont listen to me? No MJ, he just won't blindly agree to you anymore just bcoz you get hyper. He is giving equal importance to Ak in his life. She is family, period!!

- Nitya, AaRUE looks to be the happiest with this wedding, being actively involved with the prep, even argued for grand shaadi. Please watch her dance, especially her expressions. I couldnt wait for the camera to move off her. Now I know why they have kept Swarna in this show. Only for ghoomar'g
- Badai ho badai was nice, Looks like Akshara is more keen on the shaddi. She was even ok to dance. Wedding on 1st Oct.
- Birlas and Abhir seem way to keen for the wedding wanting a big grand wedding. Looks like Surekha is the only who still remembers they are meant to be mourning. Unnecessary dialogues and some justification on why a girl remarrying should be any different to men doing the same. Wonder if Manjari will want to cancel the wedding post pregnancy news
- Birla hospital scene of Abhira was nice. Dr Rohan the forever Abhira shipper, wishes them and Akshara agrees to give a party. I like how Abhi is being very cautious and it is Akshara who is taking the initiative wrapping his burnt hand with bandage.
- Mimi is the best. Her advice to Akshara was actually very nice, especially about not keeping the promise made to Abhir. Akshara looked really pretty in this scene.

@bold: True....I didn't know if makers will keep her in a sort of robotic awkward zone to make this shaadi seem like a compromise but today's epi showed that she is making genuine efforts on her own to treat this as a shaadi....she was smiling/clapping on her own even if it wasn't 100% like OG Ak and ofcourse she is a muted version of that but the effort did show today....she even was about to start dancing when Manju showed up with the giant card.....lol and then the way she spoke to Muskaan kinda reinforced where her mind is.....she is 100% committed to this decision now and has even justified it to herself as this is what Nav would want cuz he loved Abhir too.....did you catch how she caught herself from saying "pyar karte hain" to "pyar karte THE"? .....day by day it's sinking in that Nav is past tense
Yes, they do seem to be setting some basis for Abhi to take a definitive stance for Ak in front of Manjiri....I mean he's done it before during the custody track also when he was going to take Abhir back to Kasauli but maybe this time Ak can witness it first hand

Re: Abhi....yes, we are seeing a restrained Abhi....he is happy but cautiously so after going through so many setbacks in life....it will take a big gesture from Ak for him to come out of this zone if indeed that is what makers are intending for him ultimately
Abhi is like Ak love Nav. Hahahhahaha...My job is to just make her happy. It was cute how confused he looked when AK was henuinely enjoying the preparations and discussion for marriage. He is thinking she will be sad but she is on a roll....Com'on Ak, you go girl!!!
