Wasn't Mohena Singh going for a break?

So if I am not wrong, the whole point of sending Kirti into a coma was because Mohena Singh was going for a vacation to get married? right? So how can she wake up all of a sudden? Isn't she going for a break now?

They would have never changed/decided plot to accommodate for Mohena...it was all pre-planned...baby swap and coma was pre-planned...

Mohena is getting engaged in Feb. Her wedding isn't until the end of this year.

She has said in ivs that Keerti wasn't sent into coma because of her engagement. The track was pre-planned. Obviously, the cvs won't change the entire story line just to accommodate one actor.
