She is spunky, adorable and yet hard working; we are talking about RJ Anushka, who works in Ranbir Malhotra's company in STAR One's prime time show Yeh Ishq Haaye. She loves her job as an RJ, since she loves to talk. Keeping up the mood, we got in touch with her to get to know her just a little bit better.

What is the best thing you like about being an RJ?

To make the listener happy, it's the voice that makes an impression, and the way you talk helps to grab more attention from listeners. For an RJ, it's necessary to talk and talk.

According to you, what step should Manjari take: sacrifice her love or accept it?

I think Manjari should accept Akshay's love, because true love comes only once. I just want to tell her not to destroy three lives - hers, Pooja's and Akshay's.

Which is your favourite song? What kind of music do you prefer listening to?

My music changes as per my mood. If I am very happy, I listen to hard-core music, and when I am sad, I love to listen to soft music. My favourite song is 'Let's make a night to remember' by Bryan Adams, which really rejuvenates me.

How's your off-screen relationship with your co-star Kabir?

He is new to the industry, but is still very professional. I hope to get good friends just like him. Since he is new in the industry, all the actors help him out whenever he needs help.

What's your take on live-in relationships?

It depends on how much you love the person. If you are fine with this kind of a relationship, then why not? But, personally, I believe in marriage, which is the most beautiful experience in anyone's life.

How would you describe love, soul-mates and relationships?

Love can't be described, as it's a divine feeling. Being soul mates is very difficult to explain, as you need to experience it rather than be explained about it. A relationship should be pure and honest, whether it's between life partners or with your parents.

If you had a chance to change your character's outfit, what would you do?

I wouldn't change anything, because the dressing style is appropriate and very realistic. I can put on a variety of accessories like belt, long earnings, etc... and it's a daily outfit which people wear to work as well.

How similar are you to Anushka?

I am a talkative and positive person, lovable at heart. Hence, I enjoy playing Anushka.

Is there anything in particular that you like about Anushka's style?

Nothing in particular. She is very stylish and very elegant in whatever she wears, and there is no point in changing her style.

How would you describe fashion?

Fashion means to be comfortable in whatever you wear. It is not necessary to follow the current fashion trend, but you should wear it only if it suits you.

What's your daily fashion mantra?

I like a one-piece dress and hate jeans. I like to show off my legs, simply to show off my tattoo, which is on my ankle.

Any particular actress you think is always very well-dressed?

Nobody in television, but earlier, it was Aamna Sharif. In Bollywood, it's Priyanka Chopra. She is my style icon. I also like Kangana Ranuat.

Has your fashion sense undergone a change since your college days?

A drastic change. As we grow, we learn about our tastes in fashion, which changes with time.

Can you remember any incident in your teen days when you were dressed up for a special occasion, and now when you look back, you wince and go 'Ugh! What was I thinking?!'

No. I don't have any regrets, because my mom used to be pick my dresses. That was perfect, as I didn't have any fashion sense back then.

Favourite brand?

I am not a brand freak, but among clothes, I love Mango. In accessories, it's Aldo.

If you had to get ready for a party in 15 minutes without any prior notice, what would you wear?

I can get ready in 15 minutes; I just want to look elegant and smart. So, a one-piece black dress with a nice clutch would do it for me.

Which accessories do you like the most and why?

I love to be with a bare neck, as I don't like to wear anything around my neck. Then, I would pair a good dress with a nice clutch. But the design of the clutch would depend on the dress colour - sometimes I go for a contrast.

Any fashion tip that you would like to share with your fans?

Be comfortable in what you wear, make your own style statement, and don't copy others.

Any celebrity you would love to dress?

Very tough, but on television, I would love to dress Rakhi Sawant. I think the next would be Dolly Bindra. (laughs)

What kind of feedback have you got from the audiences for your style?

I am getting a lot of comments on my social networking site, and everyone loves my style. It's nice to hear such positive comments from the audiences. I just want to thanks my fans.
