Love, Marriage and Tragedy ....

First of all, let me thank you for having a sane and level headed post. I was really enjoying a daily soap until Ekta darling decided to mix up her two favourite daily soaps (Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai and Kasauti Zindegi Ki) and present them in new shiny wrapper.

First fake marriage/sindoor on the forehead trick from KYPH followed by one night stand, then emotional blackmail marriage from KZK, now setting up consolation prize friend to help idiot girl (KZK) because of course that said friend won't flirt with the girl because he knows who sent him and also his constant presence won't let other possible husbands come close to the girl either (one shot, two birdies down), then a. miscarriage due to stress as seen in KYPH (more likely for revenge track) or b. give away baby as seen in KZK (less likely, but might need for future storyline), now revenge track as on KYPH with of course help from the hero, then last possible moment heroine finds out the hero's mahaan deeds and suitable impressed/grovels and begs forgiveness again from KYPH... How errmmm... original...

Is it too much to ask to get a hero with a brain? I mean the blackmailer himself is giving him his most prized possession. Instead of growling "I will kill you if you touch Poorvi", "I will kill your daughter if you get her married to me" would be more effective, won't it? Look at his house, women are second rate citizen and have no rights. He could use that. Plant all sort of ideas like what a bad husband can do to his daughter once he gives away his rights by getting her married, but no. He decided to play the same moron as Anurag.

And not only that, he was the one who believed in his marriage to Poorvi and when Poorvi kept questioning it's validity (I would have questioned it too, what is he? Two years old that he does not know what makes a marriage valid?) he got angry and shouted at her. But one question from his brother and he questions his own belief? If he had married Poorvi in a register's office, no amount of blackmail could make this marriage happen until he gets a divorce from her. That's what makes a marriage valid. If I did not know he was the hero, I would have thought that he was a fraud and just wanted an one night stand. Honestly, I watched those shows and have no desire to watch a repeat telecast with new faces... CVs please get Arjun a brain or give some of Poorvi's to him. She has too much of it in supply anyway even though it did not work in front of Arjun...

arjun shown so much stupid that is hard to imagine..

he knows baccha singh since child hood then-- how cant he suspect baccha singhs drama??..very hard to believe..

than tanushree...what exactly she getting??nothing...

she knows arjun dose not love her...and he has affair with other girl/girls..which girl want to marry a person knowing well that future is dark and dark only..one more stupid character writing...

two stupid characterizations ruined this serial beyond repair..

nisha forced marriage is digestible and that was looked forcible marriage...

but arjun and tanu marriage was not that convincing and dose not look forced and arjun decision to marry tanu dose not have any convincing reason..

cvs failed to properly execute situations for arjun and tanu marriage..

entire serial become mess now...mess which will become messier is coming days as there is no way to repair this damage forever...

in above post i read about child...what ..??is that possible..??even if purvi gets pregnant [ i hardly believe a girl becoming pregnant in just one night] ..please don't show her becoming mother..with neelima on her side..it is not difficult for purvi to abort that unwanted child..

for me serial is over ..i cant able to watch it any more...i am not able to tolerate insane story telling and absurd characterization..so far in my life -- i am not able to watch any serial till the end..almost all serials i stopped watching mid way ...this serial is added to that growing list..

i cant understand why indian channels not airing fixed number of episodes for serial so that story don't go away from predefined concept??so that we can have movie like experience ..

1. He boasted to Nisha, "Hum inke hi bhai hain, inke har chal ko samajhte hain." Well, that was a load of rubbish.

2. He promised to protect Nisha from Watan. What a big joke!!! He couldn't even protect his own love. He needs more protection than Nisha. Nisha or Poorvi should show him how to protect oneself.

3. Then there's all the bullshit he fed Poorvi regarding the so-called "true marriage" vs. socially accepted marriage. Really? Marriage is, by definition, a social license for a man and a woman (or in some countries, a same sex couple) to live together and make a family. Otherwise, it's called living together but with no obligation on either side. Without social recognition, the concept of marriage does not exist. It's recognized by society that's why it can't be broken easily. Like I said earlier, if his and Poorvi's marriage was real in any sense, he would be in jail on charge of bigamy.

Honestly, I'd just chalk it to a bad experience with an immature and impulsive boy who obviously has no idea of the real world and only can live life without responsibility. I kinda think Tanu and Arjun deserve each other. Both are impulsive and immature, have no sense of reality and all flash without substance. Poorvi is just too real for Arjun. She is not suited for his fantasy world.
