Star One's show, Yeh Dil Chahe More, will come to an end this August.

As actors, we have to follow their decision." Meanwhile, Amit has signed a Bengali film that will be produced and directed by thespian Biswajeet. Amit says, "I am playing a double role in this comedy. I chose to do the film as I am close to Biswajeet uncle and he wanted me to act in it. I am open to working in all media."
