Minu, This is the sort of chapter that I feel leaves one discovering more of the characters the more we think about it.

Let me get the light and fun bits out of the way first. The bus ride and the old lady assuming Naina is pregnant and Sameer telling her it was 2 and 1/2 months was hilarious! For a moment I thought, wah bhai iska toh sara kaam ab ekdum jet speed mein chal raha hai.. and then realised its absolutely not possible! 😆

Hahhaa..Jet speed 😆 The writer is herself at turtle's pace how could Sameer operate on fast forward plane? Show thodi hai yeh 😉

Nisha's bonding with her Nana-Nani is coming along so well... its really lovely to read.

Munna ne bahaoot sahi waqt pe phone kiya... yeh picnic jaldi khatam hona hi sab ki sehat ke liye acha tha! 😉

Now, about the Samaina disagreement over the property. Naina reacted very strongly and at the first glance I felt she is being irrational. Sameer is only looking out for nisha's safety and a piece of land is not worth risking her life. Then later on I started thinking that Sameer should have discussed this with Naina before making any decisions.

Exactly.They reacted like two different individuals.We can't say that one is completely right and the other completely wrong.They should have mutually decided.Well Sameer feared that she would never agree to this.

Also, Naina has been used to be the sole parent and only person fighting for Nisha's rights for so long that for her to see things from another perspective is difficult. But, that is going to be an on-going battle now. She needs to accept that Sameer has truly signed up to become a father to Nisha. She cannot expect him to just love Nisha but not be empowered to have strong views or make decisions. Naina and Sameer both need to develop that implicit trust and understanding.

May!I love you for this.You go into depths of understanding what was left unspoken.Why certain characters behaved not how it was expected of them to be.I so so agree with your analysis about Sameer's power in this relationship as father.

Regarding Varsha... I have to admit this character has never given me good vibes. Just her mention makes me a little uncomfortable. I was not able to put a finger on these feelings of unease till today. Suddenly I realised that from my POV, Varsha is every wife's nightmare. Just when Naina has started feeling that she has got the love of her life, Varsha makes an appearance to cast a question mark over so many things. Lets see where this leads to.

Yeah.. There are few people who are just like pain in neck.A mere mention of them makes you clearly uncomfortable.and you are right.Girls like her are every wife's nightmare.The only antidote to such poison is intense faith and trust of one on partner and in the relationship.

This is one fiction where I was more interested in knowing about Varsha , her relationship with Sameer and that chudail (I hope you don't mind me calling her) made her entry again in part 35..

Nisha is the star of this fiction, her each and every scene with first her mumma then uncle then uncle papa and finally papa were Beautifully written.

No one can love Nisha more than Sameer and Naina. They are perfect parents. Sorry but I doubt her biological parents could have done this what samaina are doing...

The villians are very entertaining and the best part is you couldn't help to hate them.

Again I am glad that you related to the protagonists and hence hated the villains to core.

Preeti and pandit needs a special mention, I thoroughly enjoyed their each and every scene. Pandit seems to be wanting to mend the differences and Preti is kind of difficult but she is doing waiting for the moment when she will know of Sameer and Naina's marriage.

Thank you again for that and she shall know in forthcoming updates.

Vishakha' is just a another character to me the real in laws of Naina are Namrata , her mum , nanu even Rohan and Amrita...

Rohan and Amrita scenes with Sameer are heart warming..

I love them a lot , Rohan is a loving persistent brother and that's what I love about him...

The development of samaina's relation is so beautiful.. they are just so in love with each other.

Naina's accident , Nisha in hospital , Nisha having fever brought an over protective Sameer which was actually a beautiful phase of his life. He is such a charming character to read not once he doubted Naina when he got to know about Nisha , he stepped into the shoes of Nisha's father. His care for naina, nanu and Nisha makes you sometime feel bad for him. He is so scared to loose the sacred relations from his life now...

I am glad you loved the characterization of Sameer here.😳

The best part was the suspense element that you maintaimed upto some 9-10 parts regarding nisha'n father and how she was portrayed

I can tell that most of the readers must have felt that she is Sameer''s daughter. Her mannerisms matches Sameer.

Yeah you are right.Many thought she is Sameer's daughter but then it was finally revealed.Glad you loved the suspense part.

The progress in samaina's relation is commendable I really loved how you progressed the initimacy in slow steps..

Plus I am waiting to see what did that Varsha do.. Sameer comparing Naina and Varsha was really what a man who was hurt could do.

Sameer''s words that he had got the woman he loved were for Naina then what was with Varsha , he needs to clarify I guess

I feel he will have self introspection that his time and devotion with Varsha was not love it was attraction and infatuation.

Tbh, I found Sameer's line of thought very rational..money is not above life and happines...yes, the morals and memories of those gone by are important, but it would be reckless to pursue them and put life of those present in ghastly danger..there can be other means to avenge the deeds...but perhaps, Sameer's only concern is safety of Naina and Nisha...poor guy isn't bothered about himself...

Ek chiz clear hai ..Your love and empathy for Sameer.😆 But yeah his reasoning is quite correct if we see his POV.

And Naina, I know she was deeply attached to Nisha's parents...but she should also think that she's risking Sameer's life and Nisha's in danger...I didn't like her outburst though I could relate to her emotionally...Sameer married her for he loved her and is ready to sacrifice his own peace of mind and happiness for her sake...accusing him for not standing up for her wasn't right.

Thank Goodness chachaji and chachiji were there to instill some sense into the fighting couple!

The description of the hill station brought alive in my mind numerous memories and picturesque landscapes of the Himalayas...the past is stubborn like me was a line I absolutely loved!

Sameer comparing this journey to a hill station to the ones he made while returning to boarding in Nainital was poignant and lent a wonderful touch to the scenery! That scene was so alive!

Naina's frail condition got her a seat in the crowded bus (again a good job with Pahadi accent)...kitne mahine ho gaye! Haha...poor Sameer didn't even understand it!

The darshan at Kali temple and Nisha and Rishav noticing her parents laughing away in a corner was a really sweet scene for me!

And so was Nisha innocently requesting for another Nisha from her parents! Haha- little does she know, her parents are more than eager to complete her wish!

Bable utavle hein humare Samaina to fulfil bache ki wish.☺️ Nisha to sirf catalyst hai..asli aag to yeh lagane wale jein.

Now am intrigued as to what will transpire in the book event in Delhi...is Varsha going to come into the picture...how are things going to play out!
