Celebrities Who Turned Down Bigg Boss Offer : Karan Patel, Divyanka Tripathi , Anita Hassanandani

Bigg Boss 18 will soon be coming to your television screens with Salman Khan back as the host. Ahead of that, several reports have been floating around about the show's premiere date, tentative list of contestants and more. But, here is a list of celebrities who have turned down the offer for several years.

Karan Patel

The handsome hunk of Indian television has been approached for Bigg Boss for many years now but each time he declined the offer. Colors Viacom18 which airs the reality show has offered him hefty amount on many occasions before the start of new season to appear in the show as contestant but it did not materialize. Karan, however, is a big admirer of the show's host Salman Khan and has made a few guest appearances. The actor had stated in the past that participating in Bigg Boss as a contestant is not his cup of tea; but we say, never say never!

Divyanka Triptathi

The girl-next-door of Indian television Divyanka Tripathi is another potential contestant who is offered Bigg Boss over the years. Like Karan Patel, his Yeh Hai Mohabbatein co-actor Divyanka too has reservations about the reality show, thus declined the offer. Recently, however, there were news about the actress participating in the show along with husband Vivek Dahiya as couple contestants but sadly the negotiations did not work out.

Anita Hassanandani

TV beauty Anita Hassanandani has established herself as one of the prominent actresses in the tv industry. She is seen very vocal on various social media platforms about Bigg Boss, its format and contestants but she is too yet to appear in the show as a contestant. Anita was offered the show in the past but she refused. The actress took a break from TV from couple of years after the birth of her son but now she is back to work. So, the makers of the show again offered her a whopping amount of Rs 1.5 crore just for the participation but the actress chose to decline the offer.
