R-Ishita I don't know when but I started liking you and want to spend my further life with you .
Raman spoke in a go making ishita shocked to no end ,she was already feeling awkward,sitting on his lap ,trapped between his arms and his confession made her more nervous . She didn't said anything ,just unlocked his arms slowly and got up from his lap . She started walking towards her room when Raman spoke " ishita where are you going ,atleast answer me first."
Ishita didn't responded just walked into the room and closed the door leaving Raman in cliffhanger . He thought to go and talk to her further but then did otherwise thinking may be she needs sometime to process his proposal . He just went towards the room ,stood outside the door and said " ishita I will wait ,you need not to rush your answer . Theek se,soch samajh kar faisla karna and yeah I want to marry you for us not for ruhi ,so please consider this while taking the decision. "
Saying so he left for his room leaving a confused and thinking ishita behind . She was so lost that she didn't even bothered to reach till the bed and sat on the floor itself ,while his words started echoing in her mind ,she got excited as well as confused thinking about it . Though she too had started liking him but this sudden proposal was much for her to digest . Ishita thought about it for long but couldn't decide anything as before deciding slept . Next morning she woke up with her alarm, she got up lazily and scanned the surroundings, it took her few seconds to realise where she is and as soon as she realised where she is ,she recalled all the happening of last night. She went to freshen up and then went out of her room. She looked at the place and found it was all silent ,she thought may be Raman is still sleeping . She thought to go to kitchen and her warm water with lemon and honey as per her routine . Thinking so she moved towards the kitchen, she entered the kitchen and found Raman was standing beside the slab ,doing something . Ishita thought to go but before she could leave , he noticed her and said " arey ishita where are you going . I m making tea ,do you want some ."
I- you know I don't drink tea ,I drink coffee.
R- I have coffee maker too ,if you want...
I- l just want a glass of warm water.
R- come have it ,I m almost done help yourself .
Saying so he poured his tea and left ,ishita had her water and went out . She wanted to make it to her room before he could notice her but Raman called her to him. Ishita slowly turned and walked to him, he signalled her to sit, patting the place beside him . She sat there and waited for him , he took few sips of his tea and said
" about last night .....
Before he could say more ishita said " Mr Raman we don't even know eachother fully, we just know eachother through ruhi , aap mere ya main aapke pariwaar ke baare mein kuch bhi nahi jaante , how can we ....
R- ok just answer my one question ?
I- what ?
R- but you have to be honest .
I- ok .
R- do you like me ?
I- huh?
R- tumne kaha hai you will be honest , so just answer me do you like me, not as your would boyfriend or husband but as a Man ,do you like me by any ways .
Though they had met numerous time but still before answering him she scanned him from top to bottom then nodded . He smiled and said " in words."
I- you are smart and handsome , a kind hearted person ,you don't know but every girl in my college swoons over you .
R- I m asking about you .
I- I too like you but ...
R- then its sorted .
I- what ?
R- don't think about my marriage proposal , we like each other so why don't you give me a chance . We will spend sometimes together, I will try to make you fall for me ,if you fell for me then bingo if not I will not bother you anymore.Hope you are ok with it .
I- humm ,it sounds good .
R- thats great ,now tell me what you will have for breakfast .
I- you don't have to do anything special for me , jo bhi banega ,I m ok with it .
R- arey I m not doing anything special, its just I was taking your advice ,if you can siggest some breakfast ,main toast aur stuffed pranthe kha kar bore ho gaya hoon .
I- if you want ,I can peepare something.
R- like .
I- poha ,idli ,vada or anything you want to eat .
R- umm can you make pasta or noodles .
I- why not ,but mujhe college bhi jaana hai .
R- about that ,I was thinking that you shouldn't go to college for few days .
I- but ...
R- try to understand ishita , those people are looking for you.Main college mein tumhare saath nahi rahoonga , i can't risk your security .
I- lekin kitne dino tak main aise college skip kar sakti hoon .
R- till they are caught.
I- and my studies.
R- I will do arrangements for it , I will talk to your dean and also to your professors ,and will request them to arrange to make available their daily teachings to you .
I- how ?
R- Lets see ,if its needed I myself will go and collect the notes from them ,moreover you are a MBA student ,I can also help you with your studies .
I- don't you think ,it will be toomuch for you to do .
R- if it concerns your security then its not toomuch.
She looked at him listening to this ,he smiled a bit and said " I mean it ."
I- aap office chale jaaoge to main ghar par akeli kya karoongi .
R- anything,this is your home too . You can cook ,watch TV ,play games ,study ,read anything you want .
I- can I come with you .
R- won't you feel bore there .
I- main apni books le kar aaungi ,will study there and make friends in your office .
R- ok as you say .Then move fast , I m preparing breakfast you go and get ready .
I- maine bola na ,I will prepare breakfast , just tell me the ingredients .
R- ok .
Saying so they went to kitchen ,he briefed ishita about everything in kitchen then went to get ready while she started preparing breakfast .
Ishita was done with breakfast then went to get ready . Soon she got ready and came back , when she came she saw Raman setting the dinning table . Raman served for them and both started their breakfast. Through out the breakfast ,he kept praising the pasta she had made ,he even asked her hand to kiss it . Ishita blushed listening to this,soon they were on their way to his office .On the way the car stopped as the signal was red, Raman was looking towards the traffic lights while ishita was looking out of the window . Soon they got green signal and Raman started to drive . There were many cars so their car was moving slowly when ishita said " Raman stop ."
R- what ?
I- Raman I said stop the car .
R- have you lost it ,we are in middle of road ,many vehicles are tailing us how can I...
I- I know that ,but I think I had seen ruhi , aap please kisi tarah jaldi se car corner karo .
R- kahaan dekha ?
I- thoda peeche .
R- but we can't stop here ,lets come back taking a U-turn, because we can't break the rules .
I- humm ,but make it fast ,kahin wo chali na jaaye .
R- humm.
Saying so Raman drove the car fastly ,took the first U-turn and returned back crossing the signal. They left the car on that side only crossed the road and reached the place where ishita had seen ruhi . There they spot ruhi , sitting on the footpath , wearing a dirty and torn frock .She was wearing a pink color frock ,may be same frock which she was wearing the day when Raman handed ruhi to her fake parents . Her hair too was dirty and messy,ishra eyes became moist witnessing her state. ishita couldn't hold herself and was going towards ruhi when Raman stopped her "no, not like this ishita. We should atfirst inform police ."
I- haan ye theek rahega .
Saying so Raman took out his phone to call the cops ,the phone was still ringing when they noticed ruhi turning towards them but when she turned ,they noticed that it was not ruhi but some other girl ,looking exactly like her ,she was also of same age and same height which confused ishita . Ishra looked at eachother , their eyes got moist knowing they still don't have any clue about ruhi while ishita said " that's not ruhi ,hum kya karenge Raman ."
Raman encircled his arms around her and said " don't worry ,hum jaldi use doondh lenge ."
