Ishita-how much it will cost??
Raman-the whole process,it will cost around three lakhs .I mean in the whole process,in the whole nine months of pregnancy,it will cost around three lakhs.pretty affordable naa.
Ishita just smiled meekly and said-i don't have this much money now,can I pay in installments.she said and he look at her.
Ishita-actually I am looking for a job ,I don't have a house also ,just staying with my friend,though I am looking for a house and job ,it will take me sometime to adjust,if u kindly consider it and give me sometime to pay ur fees.
Raman-if u want,u can wait for a while .
Ishita-oh,means u will not help.ok,jab kisi ne help nahi ki ,toh aap kyun karoge,ofcourse when my own parent left me,why I am expecting something from u.sorry to disturb u,dr bhalla.she said getting up when Raman said-u r getting me wrong,Mrs Reddy.
Ishita-my name is ishita,she said angrily.
Raman-ok Ishita,calm down.i wasn't telling so for money,I was talking about some stability in ur life,see carrying a baby is big job and u r so alone and not financially established also,that's why said so.
Ishita-i know,I am not financially established,but I am so alone.sabne mera saath chod diya,mujhe apni zindagi se aise nikaal diya jaise main kabhi thi hi nahi.kisi ko meri zarurat nahi,toh mujhe bhi kisi ki zarurat nahi,u just give me my baby,main uske saath khushi khushi rahungi.aapke pure paise bhi de dungi.
Raman-thats not a problem,I do trust u.but Ishita ,let me tell u ,carrying a baby,doing a job ,living alone and taking care of urself all alone,is not going to be easy.
Ishita smiled meekly and said-asaan toh apne husband ko cheating karte hue dekhna bhi nahi tha,aur naa hi sabke khilaaf jaa kar divorce lena bhi nahi,but I did all ,toh aage bhi manage kar lungi.
Raman-i must say,u r a brave girl.sab itne brave nahi hote.
Ishita-kabhi kabhi koi aur option nahi hota.
Raman-yes,that's true.ok,I will start the procedure,will call u when the foetus is ready.
Ishita-mere sample.
Raman-we have them.he said and ishita went out thanking him while his eyes were on her only.
Raman-u have changed alot Ishita,kaash main tumhare hothon ki woh masoom hi hansi wapas laa pata,but I think,I am not worthy enough.chalo kisi tarah toh tumhare kaam aaunga,issi tarah hi sahi.he said and start thinking about the time he saw her for the first time.
Flashback
Eight months ago,Raman was about to enter his clinic when his eyes went on a girl in pink saree,who was standing in the compound and was playing with the raindrops.his eyes got fixed on her innocent smile and beautiful face when a man took her inside scolding her,while she was just looking behind again and again thinking to play in rain again.
Raman smiled seeing her and went inside.after sometime ishita and her husband,entered his cabin .they started talking about their incapability of having a child even after trying for long.raman heard their problem and told them for test.
After three days ,they came back with their reports,which revealed Ishita can't conceive naturally.ishita start crying hearing this while subbu start getting angry.he start calling his mother and telling him about everything.raman felt bad for ishita,but he can't help it anyway.so he made them sit and understand that they can be parent through IVF.though subbu wasn't ready for it but when Raman make him understand,he agreed.
The procedure started but the foetus couldn't be developed for two times and then they stop visiting the clinic in shortage of money.
Flashback end
Raman-aaj pure saat mahine baad tumhe dekha,and seems u have lost everything.not only ur smile but also the zeal to live.sabne tumhe akela chod diya naa,but trust me ishita,I will not leave u alone.main hamesha tumhara saath dunga ,har tareeke se,even if u don't want it.i will be with u always,ishita.and will help u go through all the difficult phases of life.he said to himself like promising to himself and then get busy in other pateints.
Other side,Ishita went back to her house and sat down.she had a glass of water and was thinking about her life,how she caught subbu cheating on her with his secretary ,and when she confronted him,he shamelessly accepted it telling she is not worth his time.and when she applied for divorce ,his lawyers proved her characterless,resulting in not getting even a penny from her.everyone left her side and when she was all alone,she thought for a baby and finally went to the clinic.
Ishita-glad dr bhalla is ready to help me ,with my money crunch.i will surely pay his money ,but before that,I need to find a job and a house.though I have a degree but not any experience.lets see,when I will get a job.main kar lungi,main sab kar lungi,uss subbu ki zarurat nahi hai mujhe apni zindagi mein,I will settle down myself .she said to herself all determined and then called her friend,who assured her to get a job.
After a week ,Raman called ishita .
She picked the call and said-yes doctor.
Raman-can u please come to my clinic??
Ishita-foetus develop ho gaya kya??
Raman-nahi Ishita,I need ur sample .the previous one is not working properly.can u please come??
Ishita-yes,ofcourse,tell me the time,she said and he told her the time.
After two hours,she reached his clinic and after ten minutes,she was giving her sample.
After ten minutes,she came to Raman and he asked-all done??
Ishita-yes,thank u.
Raman-for what??
Ishita-for giving so much personal attention to my case,even when I am not paying u in full.
Raman-its ok,waise main apne har pateint ko personal attention deta hoon.
Ishita-sabko call karke personally bulate hai??she said making him stop .
Ishita-i saw ur receptionist was calling the pateint.
Raman-so ,u have problem with it,ok next time my staff will call u.
Ishita-no no,I don't mean that.i mean I liked it,thank u.
Raman-ok,tell me.u got any job??
Ishita-yes,I got one.trying to settle down in it,don't worry I will pay ur dues.
Raman-wasnt asking for that,I do trust u.
Ishita-how much time it will take to develop the foetus.
Raman-around a month,after that it will be fixed in ur uterus and then u will be pregnant.
Ishita-wow,I will be finally able to have my baby,thank u so dr bhalla.
Raman-ur welcome,I will call u in case of any discrepancy.i can call u naa??
Ishita-ofcourse.she said and went out smiling while he too smiled seeing her.
After a week ,she got a message from Raman that the foetus is developed and it will be implanted in her uterus soon.she got really happy with the news.
After a month,the procedure got over and finally ishita got pregnant.
After the procedure ,Ishita came to meet him and he got up seeing her.he hold her and make her sit.she smiled at his gesture .
Raman-now u have to be very careful,at least for first fifteen days,these r very crucial.miscarriage ke chances bahut hote hai,but after that everything will be fine slowly.so it will be better if u take leave for some days.
Ishita-15 days,it's too much.
Raman-ok,if not fifteen days,atleast get a week off.its really important.
Ishita-ok doctor,thank u.
Raman-ishita,don't go now.rest for sometime and then go.ur body need time to get adjusted with it .don't rush.and it will be better if u call someone to pick u.going alone is s bad option.u may feel nausea or dizziness.
Ishita-actually,I don't have anyone.
Raman-then rest,I will make an arrangement to send u home.
Ishita-main ambulance mein nahi jaana chahti,sabko pata chal jaayega.
Raman-ok,u rest in ur room.i see what I can do.
Ishita-thank u doctor.she said and was going when he hold her and took her to her room.he made her lay down on the bed and said-rest for a while,ur lunch will be available here only.
Ishita-i don't feel like eating.
Raman-but u have to,for ur little one.he said smiling making her smile too.
Ishita-thank u doctor,u r really helping me alot.
Raman-ur welcome,ishita.now rest.he said and was going but turned and said-btw, congratulations.u r going to be a mother soon.i forget to congratulate u earlier.
Ishita smiled and said-thank u doctor.
Raman walked out of the room smiling and went to his cabin.he settled on his chair and said finally-congratulations Raman,u r going to be a father soon.
