Yup, believe me, I was also horrified that my Krishna would do such a thing, but then I thought for myself, how can I truly love a person by just picking and choosing parts of him to like? I hate that Krishna did that in the OG-MB, but that's part of him, whether I like it or not. It's like I know you're wrong, but I'm not going to stop loving you. I mean, who are we to judge also anyway?

I usually manage this low-key guilt by keeping my analytical and devotional parts separate.

Devotionally, I don't need to know any detail after Vrindavan...that Krishna is enough for me, and anything more is just a happy bonus! But analytically, you bet I'm going to tear apart every dialogue and incident and anecdote looking for threads and patterns and laughs and sighs!

You all are right in the end it was all about politics and dharma and who rectified their mistakes.

And Palak, like I said bro I am not here for Kauravas vs Pandavas, Arjun vs karna and I wanted to know what was the Dharma the ITV serials so highly represented cause I was not able to see that and this discussion did help me a lot. And one more thing I too think that Bhishma was one of the main reason behind this war and chaos.

Now, I won’t say that this boon thing is wrong cause if you can get Shri Vishnu as your child because of boon then it’s also right to get whatever you asked for. It was her fault that she never cleared that she wanted all these qualities in one man only.

And at the end we all have to accept and suffer the consequences of our actions and words.

Krishna as god not limited to Vrindavan only even with Avtar Greater human being he is much more than Vrindavan or Mathura or Dwarka Krishna is everywhere
