No Arundhati didn't kill his mother. Rohit's mother committed suicide. Why Arundhati killed Shastri will be cleared in the next part which I am planning to post right now 😃

Serious issues indeed!! This lady is just leaving a trail of corpses behind her. But how come the police doesn't link her to these deaths? She is a common factor in all the deaths.
