Episode 31 : Sorrow beneath the Smile

On the other hand, Vibha and Parth are seen walking through the garden of the resort.

P - Ma'am aap ko dekh ke bohat acha laga.

VMaam - Surprise tha na?

P - Haan ma'am! Woh bhi bohat achey wala.

VMaam - Tumhara bday aur main na aa'on?

P - Thanks ma'am. Aapne yahan tak mere liye aaya.

VMaam - It's ok parth. Waise bhi, tumhe thanks Vidurshi ko kehna chahiye. Us hi ne mera yahan aane ka poora arrangement kiya. And aaj ka poori din main tumhare saath hi rahoongi.

Vibha ma'am looks at Parth and holds his hand. She smiles at him. They sit on a bench in the garden.

VMaam - So school kaisi jaa raha hai?

P - Its fine. Bas aapki bohat yaad aati hai. Apko phone tak nahi kar paaya! Number bhi nahi mila.

VMaam - Main bhi tumhe call karna chahti thi. Par patha nahi tumhari mom kaise react karenge. So maine chod diya.

P - I'm sorry ma'am. Meri wajahse aapko school chodna pada. Aur apka family?

VMaam - Don't be sorry Parth. Main theek hoon aur apni family ka bhi achey se khayal raksakti hoon. Main mumbai ki ek bohat hi ache dance institute mein classical dance sikhati hoon. Salary thodi kam hai. Par tumharey future ke saamne yeh sab mujhe maine nahi padtey.

Parth looks sad and guilty that it was his fault that Vibha ma'am had to suffer such a plight. Vibha ma'am cheers up.

VMaam - Woh sab chodo. Aaj tumhara bday hai. Tell me, What shall we do? Where shall we go?

Vibha ma'am smiles at him. She gets up and offers her hand. Parth smiles and takes it. They get up and walk away to some place.

Sid and Siyali are seen sitting with a table on the stage. Aditya Sir keeps looking at them from the audience and praying that they shouldn't fight on stage creating a scene. Siyali looks damn tensed that she begins to fidget. Sid looks at Siyali and then her hands on the table.

<jeena jeena bgm (badlapur)>

Sid keeps looking front and holds Siyali's hands so that she stops fridgeting. Siyali looks at the hand and at Sid's face. He also looks at her.

S - Darro math. Hum manage karenge.

Si (angry) - Main kahan darr rahi hoon?

S (mocking) - Toh tera haath kyun aisa hadar kar raha hai?

Siyali looks at her hands which are being held by Sid. She takes her hand away. She points her finger at Sid with a angry look on her face

Si (rude) - Mera haath pakadne ke bahaney math dhondo!

She stares at the other side oppose to Sid. He looks at Aditya sir who hits his head with his hand.

S (mockingly whispers) - I think Adi sir ne bola. No fighting on stage.

Siyali turns towards Sid as he gives a big smile. Both of them looks at Aditya sir. He keeps his hand up in the air and gives a 'what is this?' look.

Siyali gives an embarrassed look. She looks at Sid and smiles at Aditya sir. Sid signals a thumps up.

The competition starts.

First round was Picturization - One participant is given a word (object) . He/ She has to describe the object in shapes or mathematical terms. The other member will draw in and tell what object it is.

Sid and Siyali won this round very easily. Sid dictated the shapes and Siyali easily drew it and identified it to be a key

The competitions kept progressing.

Angela was seen sitting on one of the benches of the green house and writing her hearts out in her diary. Vidurshi suddenly taps from back. Angela closes her Dairy.

Vi (suspicious) - What were you writing?

A - Nothing. Buss kuch likne ka mann tha.

Vidurshi sits next to Angela in the bench.

Vi - Aisa kya tha jo tum apne friends se share nahi kar sakti? Dikha'o

A - It's personal Vi.

Vi (naughty) - Really?

Vidurshi tries to reach for the diary. Angela keeps it high by raising her hands. Suddenly she feels a force pulling it from her hands. It was Vidyut.

Angela gets up and tries to reach her diary.

A (angry) - Vidyut! Give it back! Vidyut.

Vidurshi laughs at Angela running behind Vidyut as he read what was in her diary. He suddenly stops and the reaction in his face changes. Angela snatches from his hand and holds the diary close to her.

Vd (looking sorry) - Angela? Yeh sab? Kya tha?

A (rude) - Mujhe tumhari sympathy nahi chahiye.

Vd (angry) - Main koi symphatise nahi kar raha hoon. I thought you were an optimistic and brave person. I guess i was wrong.

Vi - Hua kya?

Vd - Ask her! Aisa likhi hai ki meri life ka koi motive nahi. Mere naseeb mein pyaar nahi likha hai. And all that crap.

Angela sits on the bench silently. Vidyut stands a feet away and stares at her. Vidurshi sits beside her.

Vi - Kya hua Angela! Why all this thoughts?

A - Sach toh hai na Vi. Kitna chupane ki bhi koshish karloon, sach toh yeh hi hai. Sab k life mein dreams honge, aims honge, pyaar ke sapne honge. Mere bhi hain. But woh sab sach toh nahi honge na!

Vidurshi looks at Vidyut and later finds Utkarsh walking across.

Vi (shouts) - Utkarsh! Come here.

Angela stares at Vidurshi. Utkarsh comes towards them.

U - Kya hua Vidurshi?

Vi - Yeh Angela ko samjha'o. Kuch bhi bolti hai.

A - Main kuch bhi nahi, sach bol rahi hoon. Kitna jaldi maan ja'on utna acha hai. Main marne wali hoon.

U - Kya baath karti hai Angela? Hum sab tho ek na ek din marne hi wale hain na..tao phir?

A - Par Main tho kabhi bhi mar sakti hoon. Aaj, Kal

Vi - Yaa. 60 saal baad.

Angela smiles. Vidyut hits Vidurshi in her head.

A - Positive thoughts huh! Main bhi bohat koshish karti hoon postive rehne ke liye. But kabhi kabhi, you know... Anyways even if i live for another 60 years, kya farak padega? Main toh tab bhi akele hi rahungi na. AIDS patient ke saath kaun rehna pasand karega.

All of them look at each other in a very sorry way.

U - Aisa bilkul nahi hai Angela. Koi tumhe sacha pyaar karne wala milega toh, woh zaroor tumhare saath rehega.

A - Miley, tab hi na?

All of them look confused on what to tell Angela to cheer her up.

Episode 32 : A Fool's Paradise

When positive motivation doesn't help, there is always another option - Negative motivation. That always works.

Vd (sarcastic) - My god Angela! Your such a hypocrite. Sab se kehti ho 'Don't worry about future. Live the moment' aur khud aise bethi ho. Apne aap ka mood kharab karte karte sab ka bhi mood kharab kar rahi ho.

Angela gives an annoyed look while Utkarsh and Vidurshi still give the same sad look.

Vd (mocking) - Yeh Vi ko hi dekh lo. Itni mushkil se sadu amma siyali ka look copy karne ki koshish kar rahi hai.

Angela looks at Vidurshi who is really trying to take the smile off her face as She shouldnt be smiling at a moment like this. Vidurshi gives a confused look at Vidyut.

Vd (mocking) - Aur Utkarsh ko dekh ke aisa lag raha hai ke kisi ne uska 2 din ka khaana cheen liya hai.

Angela burst into small laughter. Vidyut winks at Utkarsh and Vidurshi who all start laughing.

U - Aise hi humesha smile karti rehna.

He hugs Angela as Vidurshi comes and stands near Vidyut.

Vi - Not bad bhaiya. Aap bhi kisiko hasa sakte ho.

Vidyut gives a smile and puts his arm around Vidurshi. Both of them look at Angela and Utkarsh hugging.

Suddenly Vidurshi's phone vibrates. She takes it from her pocket and sees a msg

"11 missed calls from Adi Sir"

Vi - Oh My God. 11 missed calls.?

Vd - Koi emergency hogi.

Vi - Oh ya! Its 11!

U - 11 baje 11 missed call.

Vi - Nahi utkarsh. Its time for the on the spot event. Shayad start hogaya hai! Anyways let's go there.

Sid and Siyali scored full points in all rounds. It was the last round, the toughest of the all. Aditya sir was seen talking to himself. It wasn't talking. He was actually praying.

Host - Last round of Senseless. One person from a team will be given a filmy dialogue. And he/ she should act it out. The other person should find out the dialogue and act it out. It's just like Dumb charades. But but... As the name suggests "senseless". Iss round mein maximum senses use nahi kiya jaayega. You'll be blind folded and given head set so that u won't be able to see or hear your team mate. As well as you can't speak to them. Summarising, u cant use your eyes, mouth or ears.

Siyali looks confused.

Si - Yeh kaisa game hai? Kuch bhi use nahi kar sakte hain.

S - Haath ko use kar sakti ho.

Siyali stares at Sid. The competition starts. Most of the teams were at tie. This round decided the victory. None of teams so far were able to score points in this round. Vidurshi, Vidyut, Utkarsh and Angela reach to the spot. They find Aditya sir sitting with the audience. They ask others to move and slowly sneak near Aditya Sir.

Vi - Hi sir! 11 missed calls? Kya hua Sir

Adi - Nothing. It's all sorted. I've sent Sid and Siyali.

They all observe the competition and try to understand what this game tested.

U - Mujhe toh bilkul samajh mein nahi aaya. Ankh aur kaanon ko bandh karne ki kya zaroorat hai?

A - Ears toh fine. They closed it so that the one acting out doesn't know if the other understood it. Par Eyes?

Adi - Actually Eyes plays a very important role in communication. Kisike eyes dekh ke keh sakte ho what they're thinking. In this case if you guessed right or wrong. If you want it to be repeated or not.

Vd - That means, iske liye bohat coordination chahiye hoga, Sir. And Sid and Siyali?

Adi - Inke beech mein kaafi understanding toh hai.

Angela and Vidurshi look at each other and smile hearing this. While Utkarsh is still doubtful.

Adi (with hand on forehead) - I just hope yeh dono inke roz ka drama shuru na karlein. Already 3 times stage pe lad chuke hain.

It was Warrior High's turn. The audience shouted and clapped. Aditya Sir and others look right and left seeing the audience shout so much for Warrior High. They were expecting a lot from Warrior high. After all it was India's number 1 school.

S - So, main act karoon? Tu guess karegi?

Si - Par mujhe itne filmy lines nahi patha hain.

S - Then you act, I'll guess.

Si - But mujhe kaise patha chalega if you've understood?

S (funny tone) - Kitne questions poochegi siyali? You will know if I've understood.

Si - Par kaise?

S (mocking) - Telepathy!

Siyali gives him a stare suggesting him to stop this nonsense. Sid gave a gesture for Siyali to go! As siyali went,

Sid thought "Don't worry Siyali, I won't let you down"

Siyali stopped in middle of the stage, turns back and gives a startled look. Then she starts walking again. Sid confused thinks "Siyali?" Again Siyali turns, sees Sid and gives a gesture asking him what? Sid gives a big smile acts out suggesting "did u hear?" Siyali gives a irritated look and walks away.

S (to himself) - Woh! Yeh toh bilkul munna bhai mbbs types hai! (funny tone) Arey wah Siyali. Tere aur mere beech ka connection toh Airtel Vodaphone se bhi zyaada clear hai.

Siyali is given the dialogue and sees Sid. He gives a look suggesting that all will be fine! Siyali smiles. As she does, the host blindfolds her.

Sid looks at her. Siyali starts acting.

She shows

Shows mental

One finger

Him

Kill herself.

Eyes

Bends down

Closes her eyes with shyness

She continues acting. Everyone is confused. After all acting such a big dialogue at one go was difficult and analysing it in one go was more difficult. Aditya sir and the other also try hard to figure out wat exactly Siyali was trying to convey. While sid was just looking at Siyali with a big smile on his face.

Vd - Yeh Sid kar kya raha hai? Siyali ko understand karne ki koshish ya admire karne ki?

The audience were also confused. If sid could figure out what siyali was trying to convey, they would be the winner.
