Firstly why was Sujata fired? Secondly whats the story about Manshaa. They have tracks involving the other three girls. Have they shown anything about Manshaa?

Sujata got fired due to Raghav's father conspiracy. Indeed he made her got fired because at first he wanted to transfer her, so she'd be far from his son Raghav. But she didnt want to get transfered. So Finally Raghav's father decided to fire her. But Raghav came up to know about this and oath to give Sujata her job and position back.Nope nothing was shown about Manshaa.
