Nutritionist Shobha Rajgopal suggests:

Sangeeta should exclude one protein source (dal or fish) from her meal, since this will make digestion easier. Fish should be either grilled or in curry-form, not fried.

I know! I found the whole digestion thing funny by having 2 sources of proteins.. 😆
