Dr. Seth gets a letter blackmailing her about the fake reports. Rishab tells Rahul that he should wear this coat for his anniversary. It's the coat in which he has kept Raj's love letter.
Raj visits Kunal and tells him he is there is give some bad news, tells Kunal that Priyanka is not pregnant, she was not feeling well and everyone thought she was pregnant. She told this lie cause so that Rahul could get better. Raj informs Kunal that someone from the hospital has found out about the fake reports and is now blackmailing him. Kunal tells Raj that Priyanka has to tell Rahul the truth. Gargi is standing on the stairs and hears their conversation. Raj leaves.
Kunal tells Gargi that he is surprised that Raj is putting his medical career in trouble for Priyanka. Gargi tells him why is he surprised cause Raj has always loved Priyanka, even before she got married. Kunal is surprised to hear that. Then Gargi tells him that he too is putting a lot a stake for his love before marriage Anoushka.
Rahul and Priyanka out on a drive, joking and enjoying each other company.
Raj comes to Lamba House and calls out to Priyanka and Rahul. Meera tells him that they have gone out for the day as its their wedding anniversary. He tells Meera to tell him where they went as its important he contact Priyanka. She tells him they have gone to their guest house. Raj asks Meera about the file, and asks if he can look around. He tries to look for the file but cant find it. He thinks he has to meet Priyanka and tell her to end the lie today.
Dr. Seth tells Raj that Priyanka needs to end the lie today. She give Raj a letter to sign which states that he forced her to make the fake reports and she did not want to do it. Raj agrees to sign. Nurse informs Dr. Seth that Rishab is on the line, and he has called previously as well, he want an appointment for Anoushka. Dr. Seth tells the nurse to tell Rishab that she is not available. She tells Raj that she does not want to do anything with the Lambas.
Nikki comes and tells Anoushka that Jiju wants to take her for a checkup to Dr. Seth. Anoushka tell Nikki to tell her Jiju that she is the mother and she can setup her appointments for herself. Nikki defends Rishab. Anoushka tells her to live in this house more like her sister than her Jiju sister-in-law. Anoushka tells Nikki she is going somewhere else.
Anoushka is waiting at the restaurant. Kunal comes there. Tears in eyes of both. Kunal tells Anoushka that we miss each other a lot, asks if he can hold her hand. They have a nice, emotional chat. Anoushka tells Kunal that Rishab got Nikki a necklace worth 5 and half lacs. Kunal tells her that he saw Nikki and Rishab at the mall, and it seemed as though Rishab's intentions were not good.
Anoushka asks Nikki to leave immediately. She catches Nikki by the hand and they come near the stairs. Rishab stops Anoushka tells her that Nikki is his guest and no one can throw her out.
Priyanka and Rahul reach the guest house. Rahul rests. They share some good moments with each other. Priyanka goes to change, Rahul takes off his coat, and as he puts it on the bed, and checks the pocket he finds Raj's love letter to Priyanka, which Rahul reads.
Rishab tells Anoushka not to behave as such with Nikki. He forcibly releases Nikki hand from Anoushka's and offers his hand to Nikki. He then tries to get Anoushka to leave or something but pulling her had, and Anoushka loses her balance and goes falling down the stairs.

Kunal is very angry with Gargi, asks her why she did not tell him that Rohan called. Tells her he will punish her for this, and pushes her and she falls, but on the bed.
