Dr. Raj and Dr. Seth prepare a fake file for Priyanka, and take it to the Lamba House. Dr. Merchant there sees them. Rishab tries to question Dr. Merchant but she tells Rishab that Dr. Seth is a very good Dr. and ask her your questions. Rishab then questions Dr. Seth one after the other. Anoushka tells Dr. Seth to come with her and examine her.
On the way home Dr. Seth tells Dr. Raj that Rishab was after her, and she does not want to be involved in the lie anymore. Dr. Raj calls Priyanka and tells her that they cannot continue this as its against medical ethics and a crime. While Priyanka is still on the phone, Dr. Seth shouts the file. Priyanka goes to check the file in hall, but its not there and Dr. Raj and Dr. Seth also do not have the file.
Rishab has the file and is going thru it. Dr. Seth tells Raj that they could be in trouble. Rishab laughs and says that on the basis of this file he will create problems, bechari Priyanka.
Raj recollects incidents where Priyanka told him to lie for her to Rishab, and Rishab's probing questions. Rahul is sleeping and Priyanka gets an SMS from Raj to call him. Priyanka goes out and Rahul opens his eyes.
Raj tells Priyanka that he and Dr. Seth think, that things are not just happening, but deliberately circumstances are being made as such. He tells Priya that he thinks Rishab know the truth, and she better tell him the truth, as they cannot continue the lie any further as its medically unethical and a crime. Priyanka tells him to give her a day and she would tell the truth, as tomorrow is a very special day.
Gargi is feeding Shahina who is busy playing with a game which Kunal bought for her. Shahina tells Gargi that at the mall the met Anoushka's sister and gave her a life. Gargi goes storming to confront Kunal as to why he gave Anou's sister a lift when Shahina was with him. Kunal tells her that he did nothing wrong so as to hide it from his daughter.
Nikki is looking at gifts Rishab got of her, when Anoushka walks in, Nikki puts them away. Anoushka asks her what she is trying to hide, Nikki retorts back that she has learnt to hide from her, she had Kunal hidden away. Nikki tells Anoushka that its cause of her that her relationship with Jiju is not good and now the kid would suffer. Anoushka goes back to her room.
Kunal calls Anoushka. He feels very depressed. She tells him she is going out for lunch tomorrow and asks him to come meet her.
Shahina comes and informs Kunal that tomorrow is Priyanka's Wedding Anniversary, and Kunal is elated.
Priyanka wishes Rahul happy anniversary, Rahul appreciates the fact that she remembered even though she has so many worries to handle regarding him. He asks her about her gift to him. She tells him she has not thought about it, but will have something for him tomorrow. Rahul tells her the gift he wants is, he wants to know the truth.
