Priyanka tells Raj to tell Dr. Seth that she is her patient and all her reports are with her. Raj tells Priya that Rishab is already there and he may not be able to get to Dr. Seth before Rishab. Rahul comes in the room and Priyanka cuts the phone.
Rishab meets Dr. Varsha Seth and asks her about Priyanka and her reports. She tells him that Priyanka is not her patient and she does not have any of her reports either. Raj is standing far, mostly he sends an SMS to Dr. Seth, as Rishab is walking away, she reads the SMS and then calls Rishab and tells him if he is asking about Rahul wife Priya. Rishab says yes, she tells him she knows her by the name Priya and therefore could not place the name Priyanka Lamba. Dr. Seth tells Rishab that she is treating Priyanka and reports are with her. Rishab eyes her mobile.
Priyanka and Rahul reach the hospital. Rahul goes in for his therapy and tells Priyanka to wait for him. Raj comes in and asks Priyanka what problem is that she is asking him to keep on lying for her. She tells him she is not pregnant. Rahul comes out from behind the curtains, and Priyanka and Raj stop talking.
Rahul tells them that he has noticed that whenever he comes they stop talking. Priyanka tells him she did not want to worry him, On Rahul's insistence she tells him that Nikki went to Kharbanda House to see Kunal and find out about Kunal / Anoushka relationship.
Rishab enters at that moment and tells Rahul that he should take care of himself and Priyanka now and not worry about things. He then invites Raj over for dinner with Dr. Seth.
Dr. Seth asks Raj why he asked her to tell a lie. Raj explains to her that it is for the benefit of Rahul. Rishab comes there and again invites both of them over for dinner. Rishab then calls Nikki and tells her to meet him at a shopping mall. She tells him she will inform Anoushka and he tells her not to. Rohan hears Nikki talking with Rishab.
Rahul tells Priyanka that he wants to go home and not have his treatment done. He tells her he feels that everything is not all right. No matter what it is and how bad he tells Priyanka not to lie to him. Priyanka goes to Bhagwans Murti and prays. She says that she does not know what she is doing is good or bad, but she is doing it for Rahul. Rahul wants to see the Baby, but she wants to see Rahul walk. She turns around to find Rishab standing there with eyes closed.
Anoushka comes downstairs calling out to Nikki. Rohan informs her that she was making a shopping program with someone on the phone. Anou tells him that she does not know anyone here. Anou leaves. Meera asks Rohan who Nikki made the program with and he tells her with Rishab.
Meera goes to see Raman and tells him they made a mistake by ignoring Anoushka / Rishab relationship. Raman tells her that the mistake is fully hers.
Anoushka tells Rohan that the security people told her that Nikki got a taxi and went shopping.
Raman asks Meera why she brought Anoushka back here, Anoushka's and Rishab's relationship ended the day she went to stay at the Kharbandas. Meera tries to explain to him that Anoushka is giving birth to Rishab's child.
Rohan asks Anoushka what has she thought about her relationship with Rishab. She tells him no relationship exists btw her and Rishab. He is her Jeth, Rahul her Devar, Mom Dad her Saas Susur but Rishab is nothing to her. But she will not leave this house as her child has rights to this house. Anoushka leaves and Rohan thinks that Rishab is ready to share her rights with someone else and she does not realize that.

Raj tells Priyanka that they need to hide the truth from Rahul, let the treatment continue, as Rahul would stop treatment if he comes to know the truth, and then they would decide about the pregnancy later. While talking Raj and Priya start walking away from the room. Rahul comes out, Raj / Priyanka conversation going thru his mind, his wheel chair bumps into a sofa and Rahul falls.
