glamsham : You started in the year 1994 now its 2002, how was your journey?
Aman : Umm... it was around 1995 when I started and I think it takes time to make a name for yourself only if you are working well people know you, it takes time especially if you don't know anyone in the industry.
glamsham : How did kyuki happen to you?
Aman : I was doing Ghar Ek Mandir where I die and before that, I did another serial maybe its there they saw me and Ektaji liked my work, she was happy with my work and that's how the role happened to me.
glamsham : How close is Anupam Kapadia to Aman Verma?
Aman : Ummm... not at all, two are very different people. I am not a kind of person who would stand back and let my women go to some other person who would just come by. I am not as quite and silent as Anupam Kapadia is, I am totally the opposite that is just the character I played.
glamsham : With 'n' number of serials and different roles played which one is your favorite?
Aman : My favorite role was in a serial called DUSHMAN where I get to play a man who touches 55 that is something which is very talented so of course that my favourite and after that is Khulja.
glamsham : From an actor to an anchor how did that change take place?
Aman : What is an anchor, a person who entertains people.
glamsham : How easy or difficult it is to be an anchor as compared to an actor?
Aman : It is difficult because I think to be an actor you don't have to be very intelligent, you can learn the language but to be an anchor you have to be like this (snapping his fingers) there are no scripts. To be anchor you have to be witty to come out with answers and questions, you cannot learn that. You have to be in command with people, you have to learn to tackle them.
glamsham : Tell us about your forth-coming movie 'Pran Jaye Par Chawl Na Jayee'?
Aman : I think Mahesh saw my work in khulja he thought I was fit for the role, there were many actors who were approached finally he decided me. It's a fantastic role.
glamsham : What happened to 'Loveria'?
Aman : Loveria was long time back, it was a film, which I did with Kundan Shah it never released (atleast till now). You can say dabbe mmain band ho gaye. I did a film called Sungharsh, I am doing another film, which is shooting next month.
glamsham : What would Aman Verma be 10 years from now?
Aman : (jokes)10 years older (the room was filled with laughter) I don't know from the time I have been to Bombay (Mumbai), it has taken away my life. I have no plans I just have plans to work hard, I have no clue where I will be. This city is given me every thing.
glamsham : Is it that you always wanted to be an actor?
Aman : Yes!! I always wanted to be an actor it grew with me as a child. I use to do a lot of acting not professionally but just.

Greatest asset : People say its my smile, I think its my eyes, my face, my entire personality. I love to make people happy I think that's my greatest asset.
Favourite Hangout : My home. I don't get time to get back home so when I am home that's my favourite hangout.
Favourite food : (smiles) I love tandoori chicken a lot. Then its simple dal, chawal and roti.
Your poison : My poison I am addicted to Tropicana orange juice, Apple juice also addicted to Red Bull energy drink and there is one more (thinking hard) Shock.
If not an actor then what : I wanted to fly aeroplane's. My father was in Airforce. I also gave my exams in Indian Airforce. I think if I won't be an actor I would be a fighter pilot.
