The episode starts off at JDR Hospital. Rishab accuses Priyanka and Kailash for trying to kill Raman. Priyanka asks Rishab how Dad is doing. Rishab tells her that she does not need to know how Dad is doing, in fact she does not need to be here, and tells her to leave. Rahul gets mad at Rishab.
Priyankas calms down Rahul and tells Rishab that she will not leave, and that Dad was doing well at the PANT Hospital, but here the doctors say that he is serious and tells Rishab that she will find out what happened. Priyanka and Rahul leave the conference room.
Meera tells Rishab that he brought her husband here, and can he tell his mother how his father is doing and walks out as well. Rishab follows her out, gives an angry stare to Priyanka and Rahul, goes in a room (I think waiting room) where Meera is and tells her that he is ready to answer all her questions.
Meera asks him why does he create an ugly situation in front of everyone, in the presence of doctors and nurses why did he have to fight with Priyanka. She tells him that in the PANT Hospital his Dad was fine. Rishab tells her that Dad is not fine he is very serious. He tells her that he does not trust her in taking decisions, so he will take charge of Dad and will not tolerate any interference from anyone.
The doctors come to discuss something with Rahul and Priyanka, Rishab tells them that Raman Lamba is his patient and they should not discuss Raman's condition with anyone but him.
Meera tells him not to isolate everyone else. Rishab tells Meera if she wants to fight for others or save Dad's life. Priyanka assures Rishab no one will interfere, but he should concentrate on Dad's treatment. Rishab leaves. Meera is very sad, Rahul consoles Meera.
Kailash is sitting playing chess, and think about Kunal's words to break all ties with Lambas. He tells himself he can break the promise made to Kunal. Kailash calls Meera to ask about Raman's health. Meera tells him that since they have come her, doctors are saying he is serious, she tells Kailash to save his friend.
Meera and Priyanka sitting in the hospital cafeteria. Meera feels very sad and tells Priya that in the PANT Hospital you had said Dad was doing better but now here his condition is critical. Priyanka tells her that something has happened somewhere and she will find out.
Priyanka calls Dr. Sonawala and asks him to look at a patient his friend Raman Lamba. Rishab passes by and hears Priya talking, he hides behind a car to hear the conversation. Dr. Sonawala tells her he is out of town, and she should fax him Raman's file and discharge certificate from PANT Hospital, which she agrees she will do.
Rishab after hearing Priyanka's conversation, calls Ronnie and asks him to go to PANT Hospital with money and he will instruct him what to do. Ronnie tells Rishab that he has locked Tanya in a room, she is crying and asks him whats to be done with her.
Ronnie goes inside his room, when he hears footsteps, he turns around to see Kunal standing there.
The episode ends on Kunal's angry face.

Priyanka informs them that Dr. Sonawala has suggested immediate surgery for Raman, but Rishab says no to surgery.
